Kkomma didn't really need to use electrics with how much he conditioned this reina player with Diablo Jim's scary ass hellsweep. All he needed to really do were some mids

Because Reina was somewhat good, but too many combination and learning time. Devil Jin was somewhat familiar for player.
Still, Reina getting beat up very often was considered SKILL ISSUE
She's the hardest character in the game, give some time to the players to figure her out
