Welcome To Survival-Russia. One of the very best Outdoors and Survival related communities on CZcams, and yes, It's a pretty good Channel too.
My name is Lars. I'm From Denmark but I live in Rural Russia now. I live at a Homestead in wild nature surrounded by a huge forest.
On The Survival-Russia channel we do all things related to the Outdoors Lifestyle. I share my thoughts and experiences on Survival Techniques for the woodlands of the Northern Hemisphere. the Reality of Survival. I share Techniques and ways of the Siberian Tribesmen and the Russian Longhunters of the older days. Things not shown outside of Russia very much.
On this Channel we also do Off-Road driving, Vehicle builds, Metal Detecting, all things Outdoors basically. Enjoy!
Old laboratory, cemetery, lightening generator.
They were bringing the dead back to life!
Russian zombies must not be able to climb fences.
Either that or it was really dangerous
Vitaly Frankenstein
Это не старая лаборатория. Это просто мощный генератор. Охранять его нет необходимости, так как если попадёшь в зону поражения то закопают на кладбище :)

Lars you looked like a school boy giggling away, having way too much fun.
You beat me to it, I was going to say the same!😂
"Remains Of An Older More Advanced Civilization"
Get out and train, do some skulking around in top secret installations and get back home in one piece!
The relief on your face when you got out Lars! GOLD!
This is among the coolest things I've seen on CZcams.
Thank you!
Dang that is so cool, I recall the Russian Woodpecker very well on HF bands when operating my ham radios...thanks Lars...cheers Fred
"The Russian Woodpecker" :) I never heard that one.
@@SurvivalRussia As far as i know, it was the soviet 'over the horizon radar' projekt. It left a noteable repeating noice on HF-bands, which sounded like a woodpecker. This would be more likely the "real" haarp play of uncle Ivan ;)
@@SurvivalRussia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duga_radar
Heres an interesting video of duga czcams.com/video/AlAS_Ecmx_0/video.html
@@VE3FAL1Fred Yea, it's a different installation, not this one.
If there is never another Survival Russia video we'll have a good idea that someone came by to take Lars for a little ride, lol. If nothing else, after this is seen, I suspect security will be upgraded around this site. Cool video, thanks.
Always has camo on, except for this time. 😊
His new jacket is wonderful! Makes him look younger
It's still camo; just *urban* camo!
@@welurkintheforeststhefores8100 Getting caught dressed in camo there would only make your situation worse.
The grin on your face and the glint in your eyes says it all! Looks like fun! 😎
This never gets old :)
That is where Victor Frankenstein used to work. The cemetery is witness to many of his mistakes along the way.
I think its pretty cool that the insulators were build in Keramische Werke Hermsdorf . My grandpa used to work there and its most likely the case that he manufactured one of them.
Btw. in case anyone is wondering, the song used in the drone footage is called:
Angina (Radio Edit) by Yang Mir
I wonder if all those grave are from the trespassers who happen to be under that huge Tesla coil when they fired it up? lol
I'm so glad that nobody switched the system on while you all were there examining it ;-)
The most awesomely awesome YT channel Survival Russia!
It's awesome.
"Maschina"- "Ruki Werch. Dawai, Dawai" ;) Greetings from Mecklenburg, Baltic Sea.
Машина! Руки вверх давай давай 😁😁
Your making me nervous with much anticipation of what might happen next. Thank you for sharing.! Stay well, stay safe.
Lars, you've become an urban explorer, and a scofflaw! AWESOME!!!
I yearn for the meetup between you, Lars, and Bald and Bankrupt.
Damn that was fun!
Like the first time I watched The Blare Witch Project.
I stopped breathing a couple times. 👍
nothing like a sneak recon to get the juices flowing : - )
I did enjoy this video. I enjoy the exploration content as much as anything else you post. I find it all quite interesting. Thank you for taking the risk and sharing!
The smile on Lars face ,just tell me , that his heart just fall back into teenage era and apreciate simple actions moments ! nice content again Lars !! :D
It really looks like a place from Tarkovsky’s movie. Appreciate your guts to venture into this highly protected area and show us the unique installations in the middle of nowhere.
Thank you!
Lars doing secret squirrel stuff. Please don't end up in a gulag. The ninjas would be very unhappy.
Such an interesting place. I love all that cold war technology and secret bases etc. Awesome
Wow! That was exciting and really cool! Thanks for the video!
I'm not there yet when you're standing under that equipment it makes the hair on MY arms rise up!
Things are getting unsettling here, thanks for the
Great video !
Very convenient to have the cemetery next door, in case an experiment goes wrong 😄
Love this stuff most of all! Love watching Den Stalk as well, even though I cant understand a damn thing! So cool, the old USSR stuff, very apocalyptic-looking.
Thanks))
I made subtitles))
@@DenStalk Im gonna go rewatch! Awesome content!
This and Bald and Bankrupt have shown me more about Russia than I ever knew
Really awesome video, as usual! To the people talking about camo: If you enter a forbidden area in casual clothing you probably get arrested if caught, but if you enter in camo you probably get shot.
Yes. Normal clothes are better in the Big City and urban areas.
1:31 "this is going to be super cool "....like a scene from a movie lol
Lars, you don’t even need your metal detector there to find the scrap iron...awesome!!! Now, if you only had the Gator with you 😉

I recommend investigating the Thunderbolts Project, and Eric P. Dollard. This is a plasma universe. Everything is electric.
Nah. Electric universe theory is dead in the water and has been for a few decades now. Just fringe science.
@@borisjohnson1944 Explain that in great detail for us, or troll another channel. lol
@@thenextpoetician6328 www.space.com/25126-big-bang-theory.html
Now the BBT theory is a General Relativity theory so if you don't accept the BBT then you don't accept GR or SR. That would mean that your GPS device work on some other theory because both GR and SR make GPS work. The theories of relativity have been around for a lot of years and they work extremely well. Of course they aren't the end of the road, as in all science it is always a work in progress. So, do you accept that your GPS works? If so then GR and SR work. And therefore the BBT is correct.
Now that’s an awesome ass video !!!
You rock brother that was super cool and interesting.
Thank you for dragging the camera so I could see ....
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🔥🔥👍
There is no reason there should be radiation if it's not running and powering a device that produces x rays, proton beams, or whatever. That is an impressive facility, would love to see it operating. Must have generated many megavolts. A Marx generator is possibly the circuit used. Great for making lightning like arcs.
2 MV, but it's a Graaff impulse generator.
@@thefreedomguyuk Thanks for the information.
@@stevef.5197 Actually, I've later been looking into this. Turns out they had Graaf as well as Marx generators at that facility. So could be either.
Difficult to see the difference, would need closer images to ascertain. Both can look very similar, obviously a Graaf would need the dynamic band somewhere in the center.
Some sources mentioned at this site had been a 3 MV Graaf & a whopping 9 MV Marx. Haven't found any documentation, though.
@@thefreedomguyuk I'm not familiar with the Graaf, is it the same as a Van de Graaff generator? It's been decades since I built pulsed power generators, so I may not remember everything. The Marx generator was always fun, generates EMP. 9 Mv is respectable.
@@stevef.5197 Yes, took the liberty of abbreviating the van de Graaf name.
Am in same situation, have not been practising for decades.
I found some pictures of the facility, and upon scrutinising them, it appears as if there are 2 Marx generators and one van der Graaf, all three of them next to each other.
Seems like there are a few Tesla coil towers at the perimeter of the facility.
Lars you are so awesome man! you make me want to get out and explore! Im glad because the weather is getting nice here in BC, Canada! Thanks for the awesome work you do on your channel.
That’s was pretty cool buddy, thank you!
For anyone who's wondering about the radiation: 3.6 Roentgen is about the equivalent of a chest x-ray. ;)
So, not gret but njot terribl
Honestly Lars, how loud Mrs SR screamed at you when she found out that you didn't come home strait back from school but went to this spooky place with security and dogs? 😂
When we was kids we used to sneak in factories in Sundays, strat everything that we can start (fork lifters, transportation lanes, trucks ect.) and ruuuuuun...crazy stuff...
If you sneak for the next video in the place where they keep the remains of KURSK - I will get worried!
I think Lars was re-living a childhood fantasy...guard dogs, soviet secret projects, and forbiden places. You can tell from the smile on his face. 🙂
Imagine working here: "Hi, I'm here for the job interview." "Da. First door on your left, past the cemetery."
I couldn’t help but notice all the airplane sounds in the background- we have none here in Colorado. So many US states have ordered to ‘Stay At Home’ guidelines and so much has fallen quiet... probably not too far from the quiet you get at home Lars 😉 Looks like you had a blast 🙏🏼❤️
Cool, would be a good backdrop for sci-fi movie set, or a place for a rock concert.
epic and awesome Lars, a real treat...never seen anything like that before
Look at you bro jumping fences with the young bucks 👍 getting the adrenaline flowing for a video, very interesting site, thanks for taking us along for a look.
Lars, your inner child is so beautiful. Keep him and yourself in good health.
Best regards.
Thank you :) Best wishes!
Very interesting film, thanks for posing Lars!
Great content! These places amazes me ! So huge structures left to rot. I would like to see more stuff like this. You are awesome and thanks for showing me this
even if my whole body was made out of rubber i would not get close to that thing!!! super impressive though
Exit drone shots were amazing.
Thanks brother, from Kentucky, it was really cool checking this place out.
That was some awesome stuff. Love seeing the old places like that. Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work!
Very interesting! Thanks for this Video!

Survival Russia = EDC Geiger counter???
What A Country!!!
You have to stand in ahhh of those massive coils I can only imagine watching that thing in operation. When you were walking around I felt like I was trying to duck down and stay low. I've always liked these kinds of places thanks for sharing Lars
Thanks for continuing to post videos. I really look forward to them as I'm on lockdown in USA.
This may come as a surprise Lars..But I can only say..
AWESOME....
Just started but can already tell it's going to be a cool video. I'd love to travel to Russia one day.
Awesome video 🤯👍👍🤯. Such cool history and old test equipment Russia has. 👍👍
Lars, that was a cool place to visit, thanks for sharing and bringing us along. I hope this finds you well my friend , stay safe, God bless !
Glad you enjoyed it
One of the best investigative videos since the discovery of the Gulag. Your content keeps getting better and better!
Thank you Fred :)
Awesome video! Thanks, Lars!
Look at all that scrap metal, looks like a job for the Gator.
Got a bit of a Stalker-dejavu from this place ^^
Would love to know how this stuff had worked / is working. If there is any footage of the installation in action on the tube?
Fun fact i know this small town here in saxony ("exGDR"), thanks Lars ;)
Hello Lars, Looked like a fun trip. TAKE CARE
Oh my god love these adventures
A real nice showing of the Tesla coils. I like your sneaking around the base station.
Love your channel I have watched a large majority of your videos. You have interesting informative content. I’m a fan from Alabama, U.S.A
They aren't Tesla coils. They are either Marx or Graaff impulse generators. They generate 2-3 million volt electric arcs, which are used to test "diverter strips" in fibreglass aircraft body panels.
Diverter strips are intended to avoid lightning bolts from damaging the body panels.
Field day at Istra?
Lars , THE "funky stuff ... so to speak" nice guy ... In this episode, you remind me of Muttley from the "Wacky Races" I used to watch in my childhood! All the best and stay safe!
That was a cool video, I am glad you guys didn't meet any dogs. I eally liked that overhead drone footage, cheers my friend.
That's a pretty darn big tazer!
LOL lars you are to old for running from hungry dogs and security guards. Get back home you will only get into trouble in the big city, too many people to lead you astray
I'm home by now :)
Keep exploring. Don't listen to the babies. Explore until you die. It's why we were put on this world. To enjoy and appreciate it :)
This is straight out of a map from some dooms day personal shooter!
Very interesting tour. Very cool site. Awesome drone footage Lars.
Downvote was from world's second most powerful lightning generator.
I LOVE THIS STUFF , Thankyou Brother :) take care :)
great vid mate well done .
What a cool place!
I don't think much of their security, you were wandering about in plain view on the current strike pad, and nada!
Never a camouflage poncho around to conceal yourself when you need one. Yet another interesting video.
love that old looking stuff thanks stay safe
Beautiful ! Thank you.
Glad to see u uploading my friend. I have successfully watched everyone of ur videos. Good to have some new content. Bless u and ur family in this most trying of times in the world. Hope ur all safe and healthy.

Hey Lars, I've been watching your stuff for quite a while now and I really enjoy it. I really enjoyed this episode. Keep up the good work man. PS. I envy your lifestyle Lars
That was truly awesome.
What an awesome video, I remember that buzz of mischief! Cheers...
Thanks Lars! Im gonna go with time machine. After watching back to the future they had to figure out how to make 1.21 gigawatts of power 💆👊🍻🐈🔥
Awesome video on the most powerful lightning generator. Thanks
Thank you :)
Thank you ,Lars .
Cool video, I've seen similar installations in the siemens transformer factory in Dresden.
WOW !!! awsome place and great video.
Lars, you are so funky & AWESOME!!!!! we love ya.
How awesome was this?! Coolest thing I've seen in quite awhile.
Totally Awesome 👌 fantastic video loved it love to see more..!! Be safe.
