This was the most "in-depth" piece of media I've seen covering the personal experience, thanks for putting this together. Great editing and inspiring to see someone else's vehicle struggles.
Hoping to make it next year!
@@skyguidemusic I really appreciate that, means a lot. I tried to keep it interesting but not too long. I hope you make it, it's a ton of fun! (though the last day was more fun in hindsight haha)
I think you need to get a GoPro and mount it on top of the roof, would like to see more of the journey that way while you edit in your commentary while driving. I like the drone shots as well, and because you used them sparingly, it was a nice touch, you can pan back to the view inside the cab, but i feel like it would add a nice touch to the video. Also, when showing the map, instead of having it full screened, maybe have it either half or 1/3rd screen while drone shooting in the direction of where you’re going into the next waypoint. Just my thoughts. Overall, I enjoyed the video, I find your voice good for commentaries, so I’m not trying to rag, just giving some feedback. Anyways, thanks for the content!
@@americantacolord Thanks for the feedback!
Yeah, hindsight 20/20, I probably should've had my time-lapse camera running the entire time, I did use it during the first night on the drive down to Oregon.
I'll try to improve the map edits, this was the first video I'd ever tried that on, and wow was it time consuming lol.
Again, thanks for the feedback, and thanks for watching!
Foreshadowing at minute 2... rip transmission

@@Captain_Jackers Do it! It's some of the best cheap fun you can have!
