@@ChannaScaping just asking out of curiosity..is the feeding pattern of Barca any different from other snakeheads like stewarti etc..how many times a week do you feed it and what does it love to eat? ..and the second one is that is the Barca in this video, a he or a she?
@@CoreStrengthTV Feeding is exactly the same, i feed twice a week now this one is bigger. Two main things are Hikari pellets and earthworms and if I ever buy any other live food like mealworms, I will throw them in once in a while. This is the second largest Barca I have - about 18cm long. Havent confirmed but from head shape I think this is a he..
@@ChannaScaping18 inches is a sexy size itself..mann..it is a monster...a pretty monster though😁 it looks thick and healthy... My channa are all 6 inches and below but i was feeding mine alternate days..but now i think I will feed every third day and share the results...
18 cm (6 inches) for this one, not quite 18 inches yet😂😂, once they get to anything close to that size I will need to be looking at some really big tanks then😂
Yes, mine do this all the time... can see them swallow it then swim around spitting it out..Someone told me it happens a lot as they try to burrow for the winter period. Its totally normal behavior.
