      they are not easy to find, only the specialist Channa dealers will have them. Cost is about $800 USD for the small ones. But price will differ depending on where you live.

    Hey man, what tank size would you recomend For
    Asiatica
    Argus
    Striata
    Marulius
    And bleheri, I have a 125l(80cmx50cm) would that He enough

    • @ChannaScaping
      @ChannaScaping  Před 2 lety +2

      Asiatica: 3ft, Argus: This fish can get massive up to 1m, I had a friend keep them in a 4ft and they outgrew it in 6 months. Would recommend 8ft honestly. Striata: Same as Argus, Marulius: Grows a bit smaller, a 4-6fter probably would work and for bleheri your 125l is perfect.

      @@superdragon3060 Yeah honestly 10 ft would be better, if you can stretch to that and have the resources to do so,

    hi , what you can recommend types of channa that not getting bigger or drawft types of channa?

    • @ChannaScaping
      @ChannaScaping  Před 2 lety

      Bleheri ( I think you already have), Pulchra, Orna, Andrao, Stewartii are the common types of smaller dwarf Channa. Maximum 30 cm for pulchra, orna and stewartii and about 10-15cm for Andrao and Bleheri.

      @ChannaScaping  Před 2 lety +1

      Have to wait every year after the breeding season around May to June, then some of the fish sellers will have them in stock.

    In My opinion barca are overrated, it doesnt get as big as it can(100cm in wild 60cm in aquariums)

    • @ChannaScaping
      @ChannaScaping  Před 2 lety

      Yeah, max size of 100cm is super rare. 60cm is generally the largest you see in captivity. Have seen one 80cm in a 10 ft tank once.
