In this video I want to show you how to make grid synths in less than 5 minutes. many people spend sometimes hours on this so I hope my technique can speed up your workflow too. this technique does make use of the tones pack but at the end of the video I'll show you how to use the free version to do this too. obviously the full version allows for a quicker workflow with more versitile results.

5:13 Whaaaaat??? I didn't know you could import multiple sounds in a single Serum oscillator!

they are single cycle waveforms, meaning they contain a tag telling serum to treat each sound as a frame of a wavetable. This means it doesn't work with just any sound...

you could easily implement this in vital, the wavetables load the same way (if you have the full pack) and the modulation can easily be remade (remember to turn off smothing though for this!)
