Hello sir 2017 me mujhe slip disk ki problem Hui thi L4,L5 puri tarah damage tha yaha doctor ne surgery k liye bola tha par Maine nhi karya aur rest aur exercise se recover kar liya par ek saal laga tha.sir pichle 8tarik ko shivratri k din mandir me jal chadane k dauran mere kamar me bahut tej pain utha mujhe laga ki slip disk wapas ho gaya hai so Maine rest le liya completely 2din uske baad bhi rest Kiya par thoda bahut kaam bhi Kiya par 15din Tak jab kuch fayda nhi hua to Maine doctor ko dikhya doctor ne kaha ki slip disk ki problem nhi hai kuch medicine Diya aur bole ki 5din Khao thik ho jayega aur agar nhi thik hua to xray karwa lena L4,L5 ka but sir kuch bhi fayda nhi dikh raha even 24.3.24 mere pairo me pain bahut jayada ho gaya so main completely bed rest pe chala Gaya ab pairo mein dard nhi hai par kamar me hai chalta hun to jyada pain hota Hain kamar mein par ek particular area kamar me agar main joro se pakad leta hun to pain 80 percent Tak Kam ho jata hai sir kya aap bata sakte hai ki kya problem hai aur kya karna chahiye
