What ever videos I saw on MIS and Open surgery there is small difference in it. 1. Small incision 2. Less cut of ligaments and tissues Because of this only patient is able to seat cross legged or able to use Indian toilet? or there is some more difference in setting up hip or using different type of artificial hip in MIS ?
