I have some questions sir
1)Is there any progress happening related with quality and material of THR implants which can last longer up to 40 years or In near future we are going to see this much advancement in medical field related with hip replacement?
2) is johnson & johnson's implants are U.S. FDA approved! Because few years back I have seen in news that this company has withdrawn it's metal on metal implants from the market and also gave compensation to most of the patients all over the world? as it causes them to metal poisoning.

Sir my hip replacement was done in 2019 right hip n left hip core decompression but I feel pain and some cracking sound come from my left hip
That is bilateral it effect om ur left hip too.and better u go for total hip replacement instead of core decompression .
