I am 82 years old and the doctor inserted hard lenses as there was an erosion near macula. The cataract was replaced in 2016. However I developed dry eyes and have to frequently use unim eye drops and two other drops twice a day. Can I change to Alcon soft lens. Incidently I continue to use spectacles. My eye sight is 6/6. Please advise

Please do give details for Glucoma. My one family member has Glucoma, he has very poor vision even with eye drops regularly used. Slowly he has lost his vision with the time. I will appreciate your advice for reversing the vision back.Thanks Sir.
In the case of Glaucoma, the lost vision can not be recovered, however, we can retain the remaining vision. There is no permanent cure to it. We can just use medicines to control eye pressure. If pressure is not in control by medicines then we can go for surgery to control it.
