I like the blacked out windows on this. The kit smoked windows and the tiny interior makes it hard to see in there anyways so no real loss there. The scale stuff is nice looking but certainly does not help it at all! Looking forward to seeing what else you have planned!
Everything's fine Addam and in conclusion I would say it was a decission between plague and cholera (like we say here). I tried and I didn't succed at all. 🤔 A few moths ago I only knew a little bit about these cars and I'm still learning. My improvements in this video have only little effect on the weight and lower the centre of gravity slightly. But this I still have to test them on driving. I don't want to look inside the car, because there's no interieur in it. For this I'm fine with the windows. But this is personal taste or feeling.😉 In summary I have to say that the experiences from the 1 by 10th crawlers don't work everytime on these small ones. The principes might be the same but the implementation is another thing. And reflecting my work I'm complete getting along with Steve: change the complete body from ABS into a polycarbonate one. Next week I'll get to the works I had done for the chassis. There can be more and more effective work done, but believe me, not everything worked as I planned it. And this was the reason why I ran out of time and couldn't test the car. The SCX24 is still a journey on foreign ground for me. But it's interesting and fun. So I'm happy that you join it. And the comments here are value and help me, too. Have a nice weekend
So right Steve, but I found no body which I really like so I had to deal with the stock one. But maybe in the nearer future there'll be a nice body for this rig. Thanks for watching and have a great day.
Fair bit of weight lost. I liked the scale parts though. I am no expert on crawlers but adding weight to the wheels to counteract the weight up top would be my approach. Just so I could keep the scale accessories. Oh, I have my eye on the Traxxas TRX4M at the moment. Just need more funds first lol
Totally agree Damian. Lower the weight at the body and increase it the chassis and/or wheels. Next week I struggle with this section😉. The M's an awesome car. You'll gonna have fun with it. And in that size it's perfect for indoor crawling if the weather's annoying. I'm hoping on some other bodies and more upgrades. Brent from Adventure Time RC presented the new trailer for it. Which is very worth to watch.
@@RCBirds I watched his video on the trailer 👍🏼 my main issue is funding the cars I fancy getting next. There are 3 I am looking at and it all ads up for a single parent watching the pennies.
I hope you can furfill your wishes, soon. You're not alone. We all have to watch our pennies, for me the rising prices of the energgy here had killed some of my projects this year🙄
Wow, that's interesting. Because it looks as if every one's always looking for soft bodies. Hope you'll find one soon. Thanks a lot for watching and your kind comment my friend 😊

@@RCBirds Yeah moving weight around on these little ones is a lot more difficult then their larger counterparts!

Nice mods, I think for this one axial should have just used a lexan body it would have made the truck run much better.

@@RCBirds Yeah, the energy costs are crazy here too.
Looks good. I wish I could find a hardbody for my gladiator in our country.
