Delicious recipe Funchoz with asparagus and chicken breast

  • Funchoz with asparagus and chicken breast
    Ingridients:
    • Funchoz - 100 grams.
    • Dried soy asparagus - 50 grams.
    • Chicken breast - 200 grams.
    • Onion - 1pc.
    • Carrot - 1pc
    • Fresh Cucumber - 2 pc.
    • Green onions - depend on your taste
    • Apple vinegar - 1tbl.sp
    • Sugar, salt, pepper, coriander, paprika - 1/2 tea sp.(could be less depend on your taste)
    • Dried garlic (1 tea sp)
    • Soy souce - 5 tbl. sp.
    • Sesame seeds - based on your taste
    Preparation steps:
    1. Soak funchoz in the warm water for about 7-10 minutes
    2. Cover asparagus with a boiled water and leave it for about 2-3 hours
    3. Grate carrot
    4. Shred green and regular onions
    5. Shred cucumber
    6. Cut chicken breast
    7. Cut asparagus into the small peaces
    8. Preheat 2 frying pans and add vegetable oil
    • One frying pan is for the chicken breast
    • Second for the carrot and onion stew til ready.
    9. Once funchoz is ready drain the water
    10. When asparagus is ready in 2-3 hours drain the water and rinse
    11. Next step - cut asparagus into the peaces
    12. Add asparagus, chicken breast, carrot and onion, green onions, all the spices, soy sauce, apple vinegar and sesame seeds into the deep bowl with funchoz and mix
    13. Once mixed put the bowl into the fridge. That's it! Our funchoz with asparagus and chicken breast is ready!
