the answer is YES, even if the girl is not into you at the beginning you can still get her after a while.
If you stick only with the girls who like you at the begining THAT is really pathetic because you'll get probably only the worst of them.
The girl's initial perception of you can be broken after a while.
First you give her a long space like a week or two.
Then you come from a diferent angle and try again bold and creatively.
Persistence if is done right can be seen as a strong character which is appealing to girls.
Eventually she will get interested(if she is not in love with someone else) and realize that she made a mistake by not seeing you as you really are.

The issue I have with moving on so easily from girls is that that's basically telling her that she's not special and that there are a ton of girls just like her. Thinking that there are so many fish in the sea makes a relationship less special. I think that it could be good to fixate on a certain girl for a time and then slowly move on if it doesn't work out; this makes it more special as you're showing her that there aren't a million more of her. Although I do understand what you are saying about being willing to move on, I'm not sure that we should do it so carelessly. I don't think women want a man who simply settled on her when there were many other options that we just as great for him.

I wish a ran into this video 3 months ago. I was going on dates with this girl who was an exchange student. I crushed on her so hard that I didn't even notice the obvious friend-zone hints she was dropping (e.g. saying going to the mall with her reminded her of going places with her sister, walking through Kroger isles reminded her of her brother and etc.). One night I went out to buy her flowers before a date, randomly ran into her the night before the date and escorted her back to the college and accidentally let her see the flowers, didn't even 表白.
