    man i love this video so much, now i’m very confident in replacing the front end of my tacoma because i got into an accident and i’m looking to replace the whole front plus, i recently found out how to fix a fender by myself! i’m hoping my tacoma gets back and running as good as new as it should.

      Any video recommendations on how to fix a fender? I just got into an accident and no paint was chipped off of my fender but it was slightly caved in. therefore, I can’t open my driver door more than 3 feet.

      ​@@nathanramos8505 I am very late, however if there's no paint damage and you for some reason don't want to R&I the part, look into PDR (Paintless Dent Repair)

    Those are 12 deep washer to hold onto the studs right ? Fixing my 97 tacoma and don’t have the bolts/washers that hold onto the studs, been trying to find out the size. Very helpful video 🤙🏽🤙🏽

    those 2 brackets are missing on my pickup, it came without the front bumper and grill. could you give me a link for them? I dont want to get the wrong ones. thanks

    Oh yeah, she cleans up nice! On a side note, how do you like the Milwaukee ratchet? I'm considering that or the Earthquake that Harbor Freight has. Big price difference but us DIY guys might be as well off with the HF version.

      Yes it made a big difference in how the truck looks! I am sure the HF ratchet will work fine but I am a huge fan of Milwaukee cordless tools. I have no complaints so of course I am going to say get the Milwaukee lol! Thanks for the comment Wyatt!.

    thanks for the video. was wondering if you know if they have replacement studs for the sides of the bumper? someone hit me recnetly and im trying to replace some parts on the inside of the bumper

      I know there are side brackets for the front bumper that are available from Toyota that can be purchased separate from the bumper. Not sure which part you need but there are some parts available.

    Great video, RIght to the point with the exact information I was looking for. Around 2:59, you said that Toyota considered that bumper assembly as three separate parts. Did you buy from the dealer or a different source? Any recommendations on a source for the best price. Thanks

      I get the parts from different suppliers, two of the parts for the bumper were aftermarket and one was Toyota. RockAuto and Toyota dealers are who I generally deal with for Toyota parts. Thanks for the comment!

      I did replace the 2 clips on the bottom with new ones but I believe I could have reused the old ones if I needed to.

    I did the same job in my tacoma pre runner 99 but it was a little bit complicated bc i had a accident and align the holes with new bumper was not that easy

    the digital clock of which is an option when new costs $85.00 as an option!! can you believe it!! you know, the clock you can't see, "butt "can see only when you make a left or right turn with the wiper control arm all the way down!! do you know how many years that clock was on them? ok,,, I'm done ragging on my truck. Tacoma"s(2003) truck like mine really are good trucks?! I've only had it for 1.2 months. luv your videos!!!!!!!!!!

    Nice work. Nice refresh on that truck. Those cosmetic touches help up the resale value or keep your wallet safe from buying new truck when you don't need to.
    Probably a good idea to buy clips if they weren't supplied. In case breaks.
    How much did the front run in parts there.

      It was about $175 for all three bumper parts (top and middle were aftermarket and bottom piece from Toyota). It really improved look of truck for not much money. Thanks for the comment!

      @@josephmountford2292 Hi, I just replaced my rear bumper last weekend. Got it from Amazon. Labworks which replaced perfect. Now looking to do the front. My 2004 had the chrome rear and front bumper, so looking to replace the front with black bumper. Not sure if I'll do the grill which is chrome.

    Please note, these nuts are now 20 years old and rusted out, don’t buy the new bumper until you know you have a way to remove the old bumper. Thanks for the video
