Yeah, every beat is created by Jay. He composes all the scores for his songs, so the the melodies you hear in his songs are all created by him. There are some arrangements(final touches of the songs to polish it off) done by other people sometimes but the main tune in all of the songs are composed by Jay. He's a musical genius. Some more songs I recommend reacting to are Wounds Of War, Checkmate, Chaotic Dance, My Territory, Nocturne, Chapter 7. That's just a few of my favorites out of many more. It would take me a while to name them all.
What I like about Jay Chou:

2. The melody are unique
3. He is extremely versatile in his music (Combining R&B, Rock, Rap, Chinese Oriental)

Jays songs, fast or slow ballads, all are fantastic to listen to but the lyrics are just as phenomenal! Most of his songs has a meaning and can range from all different kinds of themes. His traditional Chinese rap or slow songs are also filled with poetic verses. If you have time, you should look up the lyrics after listening/watching. It makes you fall in love more with the music.
