The way Glynn just casually says I'm going to die got me rolling
Me too😭
It’s like he dosen’t understand what is going on
"Im way older than that" "oh, you are an old engine, soon you will die" glenn is so silly lol
“Your name is fart run you already are.” I. DEAD
Interesting back story for Edward. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
Thank you!
Brilliant episode Ryan the funniest one yet also 1:27 got me cracking up
Glad that could make you laugh!
Well this was a great episode. I find your OC characters of the loan engines to be quite fascinating honestly. I just love all the jokes throughout this. Also looks like Rusty has a little secret more like a wish but you know what I mean. Anyway these episodes just keep getting better and better can't wait to see what comes next.
Thanks so much! I’m glad the new OCs went over well, it’s always tricky to make some that are good. And yes Rusty does have a bit of a secret… 👀
My glorious king Fartrum 🙌
Edward arrived on Sodor faster than you can say “Edward the Blue Engine”
Very true!
“I’m an old engine, soon I will die”
this series is so cute. i will defo watch more
I appreciate that! Thanks for stopping by!
*wipes a tear* I'm not crying, YOU'RE CRYING!
Fartrum: (insults Edward’s name which is plain regular)
Also Fartrum: (has fart in his name, guess he’s either ignorant or in denial of how goofy ahh his name is)
It’s definitely one of the more emotional episodes I’ve made!
nuh uh not me its, um, HIM /\

Awsome! Hope to see more like this for the other engines!
I’m happy you said that! I think I will do more flashback episodes, especially after hearing how liked this one was
This was a great episodes the filming, the editing just everything was amazing!
Thank you so much!
I love how Glynn just says "I'm going to die" in the most casual way, love your customs for your OCs.
Thanks so much!
I really love the rendition of Edward's theme at the end. Great story overall!
Thanks so much! I had a lot of fun making such an epic piece of music!
This was such a beautiful origin for Edward
Great episode. I love the soundtrack, very orchestral, and reminds me of one tram band (I don’t think you need me to tell you how good of a compliment that is.)
I also loved the original characters and the humour they added. Also, also Glynns whole I’m going to die thing. Great all around
I just noticed the after credits bit, love it too. I love how casual Rusty is about Proteus. It really does seem as though Proteus has shown up every 10 days for 10 years. also it’s so in character for Rusty, to not be able to decide what his wish should be
Thank you so much!! That is a huge compliment, I admire One Tram Band’s instrumentation and mixing so much. That comparison’s definitely not something I’m taking lightly!
Glad to hear you liked the original characters, as I wasn’t too sure how they would be received. Same goes for the characterization of Rusty, I wanted to make sure I got that right and not make him too nervous but also a bit unsure of himself.
Thanks for your comments, I really appreciate them!
I loved this Episode also Side note I think you could maybe make Shorts where you show off the older Engines sort of like a Custom Showcase but in like a few seconds lol.
Thanks, and I definitely will! I didn’t realize everyone would like the rude engines so much haha
8:42 This joke was absolutely golden, had me rolling 😂😂😂😂
Glad you liked that one!
@@Ryan_Rocketz 😃
Amazing video! I like the story.
Thank you! I’m glad to hear that!
Awesome episode, this episode was kinda like The Railway Series book The Railway Engines but some of the characters were replaced with OCs and I like the OCs you made
Wow. That was incredible. All the new characters feel so original and I love that Proteus was included. His appearance was just so funny! I wonder if Edward still remembers his wish? Also I have to ask. Was Lance’s Face not finished in time for the episodes production? I’ve taken note of the fact that we only ever see the backside of him. Maybe there’s more to him. Although I doubt that since all of these engines were sent away and probably scrapped.
Or were they.............
Thank you for the big comment! I’m glad you liked all my new characters and hopefully Proteus’ appearance was a nice surprise too!
For Lance, I just thought it would be funny if he was always facing the wrong way, even for his nameboard sequence haha
Lastly, I will give a small spoiler: you have not seen the last of these engines, but maybe not in the way you think 👀
peak returns
Haha thanks!
Great stuff man as always, I loved your new takes on the early sodor engines, the entire sequence at the end with edwards moments were golden! Also you got a plarail Edward? Awesome
Thanks so much! Yes I did finally get Plarail Edward! Also I saw your comment from earlier, sorry I didn’t respond in time
@@Ryan_Rocketz Hey Np bro also imagine if the engine dealer STH was talking to was actually sir handel 👀
Sir Handel Brown?
Interesting idea! I hadn’t really given it much thought, but you’ve sparked some ideas for me here…
Nice work Ryan 4:08
I love the episode
Thanks!
Nice video man!
Thank you!
Your welcome
Edward is the alpha of the standard gauge engine much like Skarloey or Rheneas
Recreated scenes of Edward and Gordon and Edward's exploit Nice episode and im so glad to see Thomas again
Yes, glad you noticed those recreations! And indeed Thomas finally showed up again
@@Ryan_Rocketz Is he going to have a speaking role Thomas in next episode
Probably not, the next episode will take place on the Skarloey Railway
@@Ryan_Rocketz aw Okay i haven't really heared thomas speaking since diesel's road revenge
Why is this so funny?
"perhaps Mr hat **music** will let you pass the trial" oh man, Fartrum has no clue
"you are an old engine, you are going to die"
it appears i was on the wrong line
Glad you liked those moments!
So while Barnaby represents both Red Engines (more so the 2nd one), with Davis and Fartrum does one represent 87546 while the other represents 98462 and Lance the green engine who supposedly isn’t Henry in Edward’s Day Out?
I guess you could look at it that way, especially with Barnaby! But I mostly just liked the idea of there being some mean engines before Gordon, Henry, and James arrived, and wanted to make some goofy characters with Fartrum and Lance. Thanks for the comment!
@@Ryan_Rocketz I can guess during the early days of the NWR Sir Topham Hatt didn’t just outright buy a whole ton of engines but instead had most of them on trial or loan because there wasn’t a whole lot of money yet to get a lot with how the railway was starting and couldn’t just buy random engines from The Mainland if they were already being needed for whatever place plus I’m sure things like The Great Depression and WWII didn’t help things economically wise but it’s possible with the RWS coming out more money came to the railway making it easier for more engines to come to the NWR. It’s also possible engines from the nearby LMS would go to help out on Sodor with the workload.
Spot on analysis! That’s all correct!
What gave you the idea to have these random bigger engines around before Henry and Gordon even though both were around with the canon background bigger engines with Edward too during the early NWR days? And will we see these guys again?
Oh sorry I just saw this! I think Gordon and Henry arrive shortly after this, so maybe they met the mean engines. I was inspired by the RWS’s background engines but I wanted to stick to the TVS canon for stories like Edward and Gordon. These characters will definitely appear again!
