How to make Macarons at Home with All-Purpose Flour

108g powdered sugar
58g flour
70g egg white
pinch of salt
56g sugar
Watch out for your oven temperature don't burn it. If it's too high it can get some colour and then it's not so nice.
Just dry it 130 -140 °C max 9-10 minutes - Jak na to + styl

Woah. What it taste like? Does it taste the same though it doesnt taste slightly nutty like almond flour do?

Another thing happened with my macarons was that i baked some on baking paper/butter paper and few on macaron silicon sheet. Those on paper got stuck with them and weren't releasing the surface but macarons on silicon sheet were perfect. Can you please guide
On the paper you should dry it a bit longer in the oven. 100°C or less so they dry but they don't get the color to dark
What to use to replce egg white if i want to make it eggless???
I can't imagine how it could be solved without egg whites.

I tried macarons 3 days before using all purpose flour and they turned our exactly same like in videos and images but I would never know how actual macarons taste like because guess what? I have tried macarons from a few bakeries and I guess they are also selling flour based macarons because my taste was exactly the same. 😊
But don't you think its very sugary? Why macarons are very sugary? Will recipe spoil if we reduce sugar quantity?
I made a not too sweet cream and than it worked. Balanced out the sweetness
I think the sugar is what is holding the shape
