Andrei, I know most of people are afraid of bubble, but if you look at the bubble phenomenon. The only way to make money fast is to catch and ride the bubble. I wish I saw the bubble coming and jump in and stay with it as long as the bubble remains. If you play it safe then you can only be half of your worth and live wishing twice of what you are.
I could take more risk for sure but I just don't think I need to at this point

I started investing into Nvidia way back in 2014 when they partnered with Tesla for self driving cars. I knew AI was gonna be the future. Now I’m getting tons of AI Cryptos while they’re down

It a bubble AI only needs so many graphics cards, what happens once these AI companies have all the cards they need, the sales dry up and everyone will move onto the next thing more likely going to be some sort of AI software that will be needed, again this will just be a bubble until something better comes along.

Staying solvent on Opendoor. They are the next big thing to disrupt real estate like no one has before. They have proved that they can weather a terrible downturn like the one we witnessed in the Covid era. Opendoor is to real estate agents what Uber was to Taxi drivers. Sure they are still around but only old ppl use them. Opendoor with their simplicity and certinty will be the new norm in which we purchase homes...
Another company in the AI space that may rise but nothing like Nvidia is Palantir. Time will tell.

when I was told for the 5th time in a few months "NO you cannot buy a PS5! There's a chip shortage. go home" I decided to buy into a semiconductor ETF, (thats now a few years ago)... think it was up 30% shortly after i bought it, then downed 60% so -30% at its lowest low since i bought. And now its up like 100% due to ai 😅

AI is real, but it is also a bubble. It always runs ahead first, then drops, then runs up again and runs the cycle until the winners are chosen and the losers die. AI is the future. It is massively investable disruption. You gotta try to pick the winners. NVIDA is an early winner.
