- PMP 2022 is a totally different PMP exam as compared to previous versions. Lot of new PMP questions types have been introduced like drag and drop, multiple answer choices, hotspot and fill in the blank PMP questions. In this PMBOK 7 th edition questions and answers video, I will be explaining you 25 very important 2022 PMP questions and answers.

PMP 7th edition: Step 1: PMP Diagonal Technique
1. Lot of people make this mistake in their PMP exam. As you all may know, there are 4 answer choices for each of your PMP exam question. Don’t just read the first few answer choices and pick the PMP exam answer. PMP exam prep is all about selecting the best answer choice. One option may be good, but not necessarily the best. So always make sure that you are reading all four choices before selecting the best choice in your PMP exam based on PMBOK 7 th edition. Diagonal technique is difficult to explain in description. But a cakewalk in the video. Do check it out.
PMP 2022 videos: Step 2: Einstein Technique
2. We all know Einstein was a genius but do you know what he was best at? He used to solve the problem which no one else was able to figure out. He was a problem solver. Same technique we have applied in your PMP 2022 as well. Using same technique you can solve many PMP exam prep questions. Just ask this question to yourself did this selected PMP answer choice solved my problem described in the PMP question? If yes, then you found your best PMP answer choice.
PMP exam 2022: Step 3: Neil Armstrong Technique
3. Trust me! Project management professional certification is not a rocket science. It’s all about hardwork and dedication. Do the right things from the beginning and don’t waste your time in doing unnecessary preparation for your PMP 2022 exam. I am sure you all know that Neil Armstrong was the first person to go to moon. But do you know who was the second one? Lol, I don’t know. People remember the first one and not second, third or fourth. Same concept in PMP, select the very best first PMP answer choice. In short, select the very first next step you will do.
PMP exam prep: Step 4: PMP 2022 elimination technique
4. Elimination Technique in your PMP 7th edition is my personal favorite tip. I always recommend my PMP exam prep students to not to look for the correct answer in there PMP certification exam. Instead, what I recommend is to eliminate the wrong choices, so that you can eventually get the correct answer choice in your PMP certification exam.
PMP application filling 2022: Step 5: Father Child Theory
5. Lot of PMP exam prep students have a misconception that I should always select the PMP answer choice which covers all the facets. No that is wrong. Instead, you must pick the answer which is very specific. This is what I call my father child theory is. Always select the child and not the father. If you have followed a step by step approach in your PMP exam prep then you will definitely finish the PMP certification exam in time and pass the PMP 2022 exam with above target scores.
PMP 2022 live questions and answers: Step 6: Other Miscellaneous Tips and Tricks
6. Always wear your PMI hat while selecting the right answer choice in your PMBOK 7 th edition exam. Make sure you are following the code of ethics laid out by project management institute and making a decision at right time and following right processes. PMBOK 7th edition: Step 7: Always follow the domains.
7. PMBOK 7th edition aka project management body of knowledge has not laid out any processes for your PMP certification. Make sure you are always following the domains: People, process and Business Environment
PMP exam prep: Step 8: Communicate directly, and as soon as possible.
8. Don’t try to hide anything from your stakeholders. It’s unethical in the eyes of PMI and we strongly advocate not to hide any information.

explanation: I simply go with agile manifesto point number 1, which is individual & interaction over process & tools..so, here option C is talking more about collaboration & problem solving( RCA analysis), which is agile approach, i would say not only agile approach, this approach applies even in predictive life too.
Always remember option C is not resolving the problem.
Q17-B, This is the best choice as it builds customer confidence by involving customer counterparts while eliminating the problem of repeating the tests. There is only one test performed and it is performed on customer premises.

3 wks ago, I was overwhelmed by how much I still needed to revise, and I was lacking confidence because I wasn't doing too hot in my mock tests (from a different platform). Q12-B. This seem like the best option based on the elimination technique. involvement of process owners and streamlining of processes is of critical importance to address mandatory corporate processes. Securing Team coaching will also ensure that the problem doesn't recur.
A wonderful way to engage viewers like myself. Q22-C this is the best choice as it takes care of the problem in future projects as well. The customer approval of the product vision is critical in avoiding delivering a product which is not in line with customer requirements.

Q13-A and D. I eliminated B because it is only Agile and C because it is only predictive. A and D seem to be the best strategies to follow to bring the two into sync without forcing either to follow the Agile team or the Predictive team to follow the other teams strategy.

there has to be cross dependency mgmt w.r.t milestone for both the teams. The execution flow of work of both teams can be very well managed thru visual board.
