When I saw your last video I was a Kid and now I'm a teenager. Where were you man?

I have some questions about my dog, I think something is wrong.
she is a five pound yorkie 6 years of age and loves her humans.. but the last 24 hours have been not so good.
she usually love being touched and loved but now she won't let us pet or pick her up. she is eating and drinking plenty. but when I'm sitting on the couch she just sits on the floor and looks the opposite way, she usually loves to sit on my lap. she also won't sleep she lays with her head up and shakes. she may be hurt because we left her in the car alone for 10 minutes (we made sure it wasn't too hot) and when we got back that's when the weird stuff started happening she also runs away from us when we approach her and doesn't come when we call her.
I am very concerned and anxious. please send some answers.
