Once per day you force Wild Magic to happen but you get to choose what happens. Can't use last row. 04. The Wild Magic table has changed. 05. Spell list has been added to the wild Magic table......maybe good. Confused also.
I really need to see the table before making a decision. The concept of wild magic is so cool but the reality was that the surges were not easy and the table was too small. I really hope they provide a variety of good options
I see a future where entire five-hour sessions are spent on single combat scenarios. Now, I’m fine with that - great, in fact! Because I love the combat and I don’t have attention span difficulties. But I can easily see this whole new rule set being a problem for certain types of players

Wild Magic is the best way to finish a session 0 with a TPK.

Future? That already happens. I've had a session where 4 hours of real time were spent on 7 rounds of combat.
Level 18 because campaigns goes that far consistently 😂😂😂
