@@LivinginNCW I understand. How about more on townhomes and or retirement homes/communities. We are thinking of downsizing and looking more at zero lot line homes. Less work and worry. Just an additional suggestion.

How is the amount of apartment complexes? A lot of scarce? Really expensive or moderately affordable for a college grad currently pulling in $55k a year?
