Remember in Costa Rica there can’t be private beaches by law. They are all public, no matter if you like it or not.
I would not recommend Tulemar Hotel in Manuel Antonio. They illegally privatize access to the beach.
It is just unconstitutional, and I wouldn't recommend a place that goes against the law... They don't even have a path to let people visit the beach. I also asked the guard and the receptionist, and they did not give me my right as a Costa Rican citezen to access to the beach...
It's just a place not to visit.
I was just curious who they allow the beach to if not tulemar? How to people go to the beach?
