“SOFT AND FLUFFY” KOREAN EGG BREAD

Korean street foods are hype now. Here’s one of the most popular one, KOREAN EGG BREAD. This bread is so soft, fluffy and sweet. It taste like pancake but more on the sweet and savory combination. Try it. It’s really good.
Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Pam for greasing the pan.
Toppings
Grated cheese
1 egg each cup
Fresh or dried parsley
Salt
Bake at 390F for 15-20 mins
