Thank you my sister! The privacy and security of the family is of utmost importance to me so I really don’t care what others think. The interest of the family is what matters to me.
Oh nice! We are here for you. Get in touch through our email address and we will stay in touch. We have a WhatsApp group of Diasporans who moved to Kumasi where we share ideas and plan activities together.
Good work at your own pace. In Ghana it used to be one builds short walls to rather showcase their beautiful home but sadly no more. It is now very necessary to secure your property. Generally Ghana is safe however, it takes just one intruder to make you feel your personal space violated. I agree security fence is necessary since the paid security monitoring service is very exorbitant. We have it at all our homes it works well for us.
Thank you so much for the excellent comment. This sums it all. A good friend has a beautiful house in Accra. He had short walls with some designs. He changed everything to high walls when he got robbed in the night. Our previous owner had the short walls with some designs at the front. Folks could see everything from outside. We changed it when we bought it and the family has privacy.
Thanks a lot! For sone reasons I didn’t like the electric fence and still contemplating it, but security is very important. Whatever you need to do to keep your home secure just do it.
As a matter of fact I’m still contemplating the idea of having it. My mason and brother were also saying the same:) My neighbourhood is very safe, but some recent incidents prompted us to up the security hence the idea of the electric fence. I really appreciate your comment. Thanks again.
My brother you can’t trust anyone any more..Those intruders they can jump any wall it doesn’t matter how high it is, trust me l know what I’m talking about..
It’s two of the older plot sizes, but the main house occupies almost a quarter of the compound so it’s like four plots. My mum kept all the documents when we were in the UK so I’ve not bothered to look at the actual size lol.
Just wondering why the wall height extension for privacy from passers-by while you show the house and what goes on in there to the whole world on a regular basis. I personally think short or transparent walls are cute.
There’s a reason we did that. It’s not only from those passing by. It took a while before showing any videos of the house and compound. The reason why we started sharing was because we film almost all our videos outside. The first time we showed the inside was when I took the family there for the first time. It was raw and it’s an important part of our journey and great lessons to be leant from that. There won’t be a full tour of the house as some have requested. There are stuff you won’t understand unless you live it. This is one of those things.
Love it and love the landscaping and how y'all painted the house....nice
Thanks so much!

Hi Brother Nimoh: I am really amazed about the mason’s work. His work is nice and neat.
Thank you! He’s excellent! One of the reasons I did this video so that I can promote his business. This is my way of supporting the local artisans.

Hi bro, Your house is so beautiful, trust me the front wall is too high . U need short wall to bring the beauty of the house.
Thank you, Jeff! This is how we want it.

Thank you, Diana!
My suggestion, the electric fence is not necessary since the wall is so high.

Mr Nimoh please, how big is your compound?
It’s two of the older plot sizes, but the main house occupies almost a quarter of the compound so it’s like four plots. My mum kept all the documents when we were in the UK so I’ve not bothered to look at the actual size lol.
@@FamilyByNature Thank you for replying sir. Your land looks massive. The older size plots were 100x100 or sometime 110x100. Stay blessed.
Good job ❤ guinea 🇬🇶 from 🇪🇸
Thank you!
You top up a wall without pillars
The mason is very skilled and knows what he’s doing.
