Simon Says: butter is the only dairy you need when making scrambling eggs. To richen your scrambled eggs, add crème fraîche at the last minute. This also stops the cooking of the scrambled eggs, ensuring they do not overcook. Sour cream is a good substitute for crème fraîche. 🍴

Thanks, Simon, that was so good. I cook my eggs like your kiwi eggs and everyone loves them. My only question is about putting the eggs in a dry pan, as I always put some butter in first. Why do you do it like that? It would make the pan harder to clean (although I never base my cooking decisions on such minor considerations).
I love the tomatoes too, will definitely try that method next time, and the chive flower is such a nice touch.

I have seen you say a stainless pan can be non stick but I noticed your trump eggs had stuck to the bottom. Not sure I’d be keen on the burnt toast either.
That's why it did the non stick pan video Merv. The lower temp for the recipes in this video will cause some sticking to the pot
