    Simon Says: butter is the only dairy you need when making scrambling eggs. To richen your scrambled eggs, add crème fraîche at the last minute. This also stops the cooking of the scrambled eggs, ensuring they do not overcook. Sour cream is a good substitute for crème fraîche. 🍴

    I´m sure you went gliding! Looks so delicious and I like the master class. Perhaps you can add timestamps in the description of the video, so we can easily get to the different variations.

    I do a mix of Trump eggs and French eggs with parsley and chives . They All looks yummy 😋 . Nice 👍

    Looks amazing, certainly going to give the other methods a go. I may have been hearing things but I'm sure you said onions after adding the butter in the french style.

    Thanks, Simon, that was so good. I cook my eggs like your kiwi eggs and everyone loves them. My only question is about putting the eggs in a dry pan, as I always put some butter in first. Why do you do it like that? It would make the pan harder to clean (although I never base my cooking decisions on such minor considerations).
    I love the tomatoes too, will definitely try that method next time, and the chive flower is such a nice touch.
    Hope you got to go gliding!

      mmm not sure if it will make the pan easy to clean but it is worth a try for sure. Got 7 days gliding this year; Happy Days

    Never seen Kiwis cook scrambled eggs that way, unless they are foodies.

      Ha ha! Well, I guess I might just be a little ahead of the curve when it comes to scrambled egg innovations. But, who knows, maybe one day all Kiwis will be whipping up one of these options. Anyway thanks for watching.

      @@simongault5804 I must admit, when you said 'the kiwi way' - I was expecting, lots of milk, high heat, and overcooked.

      @@rowie55 Mmm, you got that right! It just proves that Kiwis know how to scramble their eggs in style and surprise us all

    I have seen you say a stainless pan can be non stick but I noticed your trump eggs had stuck to the bottom. Not sure I’d be keen on the burnt toast either.

    • @simongault5804
      @simongault5804  Před 2 lety +1

      That's why it did the non stick pan video Merv. The lower temp for the recipes in this video will cause some sticking to the pot
