VERY HELPFUL!! The only detail here, is my taste and my necesities inclines me more to Destin community!! BEAUTIFUL HOUSES!!! but the budget is not that high!! I am crying literally!! Just moved from Texas , and here is so overwhelming to look what you want, need, and the budget. The houses are SO OVERPRICE!! specially Cary, Holly Springs and Apex
I see that more and more new construction houses in the Montvale area and other luxury neighborhoods are for sale right now. These are homes that were bought in 2021-2022. Why do people sale? Is it Pandemic related (back to the office and no more WFH), mortgage related, or just wanting to take a 50-100% appreciation on the home and downsize?
Also , here you can't find Ranch Style homes , with vault ceilings and wood bins . Those start in 1M. RIDICULOUS!!! So , I am thinking to wait until the REal State business scratchts! Only that way we can buy a house at least from 700K TO 800K WITH all that features !!~
Just wondering why you didn't mention Depot 499 by Lennar. Looks like something big is going on by looking at it. Also can you please do a video about new upcoming Veridea development community in Apex.

Can you still buy new construction in a good neighborhood in Raleigh NC from mid 400k to 500k? Or are the prices just increasing rapidly? Also, are they still building communities with larger lots? Silly question bugs in NC vs FL?
