      Andreashofer3535 Will then all HEAVYWEIGHTS now MUST BE weak because Deontay is top 3 in division,Ortiz being number 2.Wilder was only one who would handle Kong.Joshua asking what he would be with Freddie in his corner.lol...NO DOUBT FREDDIE IS AMBULANCE CHASING WITH THESE WORDS BECAUSE ANYONE WHO DONT THINK WILDER WILL OVERWHELM MUSCLEHEAD,DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT FIST FIGHTING.ONE THING,FREDDIE TOSSED A FREEBIE BECAUSE JOSH -IN-YA's bulk is his weakness.Wilder overwhelming is a no brainier.Wilder could make Joshua look foolish by eating a PB&J sandwich with his left while taking his heart with his right..

      Dj Ruthless please justify how Wilder has a better chin?
      Wilder got KO'd by Klitschko in sparring.
      Joshua took Klitschko best shot and came back and won. That's the sign of a good chin, not a bad one

    • @djruthless
      @djruthless Před 6 lety +1

      Dj Ruthless you said that AJ has a questionable jaw which implies that you think Wilder doesn't have a questionable jaw.
      It proves recuperative powers yes. But it also proves he has a good chin, because most other heavyweights would have been snoring after that shot

  • @strutherhill
    @strutherhill Před 6 lety +3

    Agree with Freddie's point about Joshua and bulking up. He has enough power already; he needs to shed 10-15lbs, which would help his speed a little (he's not very fast), stamina, so that he can maintain a decent tempo into the later rounds, and mobility, so that he can move/sway sideways to defend and to set up new angles for counterpunches. AJ far from the finished article. Wilder has a big, powerful right but he also has the habit of leaving his left out pawing at his opponent, inviting a counter -- left hook or right cross.

      Ortiz was saved by the bell in the 5th and was given a standing 8 count in the tenth so he could continue. you talk as if he was never in trouble as a matter of fact Wilder never went down and made it to the bell.

    • @kenkenichi7461
      @kenkenichi7461 Před 6 lety

      That is true but Ortiz is old. My point is Wilder didn't look like the greatest heavyweight of all time. I made my comment because it seems like no one is really willing to talk about the downside of his performance. For example Wilders performance would have been a loss in most circumstances. If you randomly go back and look at any TKO you will see that fighters don't get that much time.

This fight will matter on who lands that one punch first. If the fight goes 12 rounds, then joshua wins. Wilder gots to hurt Joshua early on and control the fight and pace to win.

    Roach knows what he’s talking about but he’s been wrong plenty. Wilder’s got a lot of pride there’s a good possibility he can KO Joshua.. Klitschko got battered by Tyson Fury and was unable to pull the trigger. Yet everybody makes a big deal of Joshua beating Klitschko. Ortiz was a much tougher test so don’t sleep on Deontay!

For example when Klitchko caught AJ with a straight it dropped him

    Wilder will win because more heart, determination, faster, more movement and most of all power puncher with knock out results.

    If Wilder fights AJ like he did Ortiz...Goodnight Bama!! I support Wilder but Ortiz gave him hell.

  • @FlaThunderstorm
    @FlaThunderstorm Před 6 lety

    The only decent fighter that AJ fought was a 41 year old former champion. And, even then, he nearly got KO'd and then it took him 11 rounds to defeat an old man. I like AJ. Think he's a decent boxer/puncher and definitely a decent guy. But, not so sure he will get by Parker. If he does then his promoter Hearn will never let him fight Wilder. AJ is made for Wilder. A fairly slow and cumbersome fighter who is too musclebound for his own good. I liken him to Frank Bruno who was also musclebound and easy to hit. AJ got rocked by White and nearly KO'd by Vlad. Imagine if Wilder hits him. Ortiz gave Wilder problems because he was a southpaw and had that Cuban pedigree. Also, many people don't know that Wilder was sick with a bad cold the week leading up to the fight and even seemed to have a fever the night of the fight. That is the reason he looked lethargic and unsteady. Nobody can really predict how any fight will go. But, I am sure that Wilder would be 100% healthy for any fight against AJ and would perform much better than he did against Ortiz.

      Abm Josh David tua hit harder than Lewis. . Lewis put a schooling on him.. also go look at what aj opponents say about aj power. He's left people with months of nerve damage broken face bones etc.. your a guy on the internet with an opinion.. pro boxers say he hits hard. Gavern said "wilder got power but he couldn't ko me.. aj is a different level it's raw power" aj fucked him up..

    In my opinion, I think this fight will be one of the best fights of the last decade, everyone wants this fight.
    If AJ, slims down a little, works more on his fitness and speed, I predict AJ wins.
    If he comes into the ring too bulky, he will gas out mid rounds and wilder will win, Wilder is very fast and fit, he will go till the last round fighting at a high level, AJ, needs to take this on board and train for the full rounds, or he will lose.
