Every quarter back throwing against Atlanta this year will have no pressure on them so it’s a good gauge 😂

I think we should just have 75 people so we can actually see these players and train them up. Once again we just continue to do the same thing over row and over again that's why my favorite saying is Falcons Groundhog Day for football

You EITHER sign a BRIDGE QB for a few million, then draft a top 10 QB, then use the 90 plus million saved by not signing Kirk to build a team around the rookie QB (ie take advantage of the rookie QBs contract) by signing players like Sneed (imagine Sneed and AJ) and Reddick/Hunter etc OR you sign Kirk then use top 10 draft pick to build team via the draft by signing a day 1 starter --- by doing both you have wasted 100 million dollars a rookie contract QB deal or you have wasted a top 10 draft pick
THIS IS NOT OUTCOME DEPENDENT whether Kirk succeeds and is playing top 10 QB in 2 3 years you wasted top 10 pick if Kirk falls off a cliff or is injured you wasted 100 million dollars if Penix is a bust you wasted a top 10 pick and the X years of having Kirk play with a top 10 stud and if Penix is Mahomes v.2 you wasted 100 million that you could have used to build a great team around him - no matter how this turns out there is NO scenario where you didn't hurt the team's success level by doing this... you wasted 1 very valuable resource.
The ONLY scenario where this works out is if Kirk wins a SB in year 1 or year 2 then retires or suffers a career ending injury in the SB win and then Penix takes over (80 per cent of 1st round QBs BUST so he needs to at least be an average starting NFL QB)... that is the only way doing this makes sense and it's a 1 in a Million shot!
