the 7 800 XD3 is better

@@oregon9535 nop it is not better
@@ghvcvvcccfg3834 yes for gaming it is.
@@nevver_dark1659 yah you right, but I have to go with a Ryzen 9 7950X3D cause I’m a streamer, and game hacker
Good video!
Top vídeo man
Nice 👌🏼
how you record? good video
GeForce experience or OBS studios, thank you
do cs2 benchmark, low, high, native, stretched!
Wallet: "I hope it was worth it..."
Me: most definitely not🤣😭
That 540hz Zowie monitor is calling to add the cherry on top
😂
bro is rich as hell 🤣
Did you build your pc or you buy it btw i have a r7 5800x3d and a rtx 4060 ti 16gb
I built it! And nice man. That’s a solid setup
@@SpecBench my father built it for me lol 😂
@@SpecBench thank you
if u use dx12 u will get slightly lower fps but it will be WAY more consistent u should try
I already tried, I just hate the animations for like trees breaking and shaking when you hit them lmao. It’s probably because I’ve been on performance mode for so long, however I feel perf mode is just as consistent, averaging close to 600 throughout the game
@@SpecBench Oh yeah, I get the shaking thing, it felt weird to me at first too. If performance mode is constant enough on ur pc tho, then that's cool
any particular reason you went with a cheap aio cooler ?
Because arctic coolers are some of the best AIO’s
And anyway, mine isn’t the most recent version and still cost over £100
May I add, especially for price to performance *
Please do more videos with this pc in the new season
I do not have the 7950x3d anymore
@@SpecBench why not
@@SpecBench did you get de 14900k

How do you get more than 5250MHz CPU frequency ??
In the first CCD (cache CCD) max boost is 5250MHz.
At the time of this video I did set a 150mhz boost, the configuration I used in this video didn’t turn out to be stable anyway as I had crashes a day or so later , I had a curve optimizer set at negative 20 on all cores. But it didn’t seem to be stable, since then I’ve actually not messed around with the curve optimizer as I’ve been busy with work etc so aside from “prefer cache” in bios, precision boost overdrive enabled and DOCP (xmp) profile on I currently haven’t configured it further
It is strange though as I did use process lasso to set cpu affinity for fortnite to the first CCD, so yeah maybe that’s why I experienced crashes as I messed around with the base clock
@@SpecBenchwhat did you set precision boost overdrive too ?
@@silfrido1768 advanced > 200mhz boost > curve optimiser > negative > test anywhere between negative 0 to negative 30. Bare in mind you’d need to stress test your pc to check that it’s stable, usually a negative offset of -10 to -15 will be stable on most 7950x3ds
Yo... process lasso doesn't work on fortnite... the game denys to apply settings that lasso make.. what's your motherboard btw?@SpecBench
Please do ranked en also look up the sky in creative
I get 1k looking in the sky in creative
@@SpecBench no more? My friend get 1.3k
@@hankgoossen9943 I haven’t been able to push more than maybe at most 1.1k, even with bios optimisations and forcing fortnite on the 3D cache cores
@@SpecBench and do your optimize your pc?
@@hankgoossen9943 but I’m yet to see anyone get more than that because there’s hardly any videos on the 7950x3d on performance mode!
Bro idk what’s wrong with my game, I have a 4090 and ryzen 9 7950x and get around 240 ish-360ish but the min fps thing on fortnite is constantly changing and is normally around 140-300 and once inna while drops to like 70-90 and the max fps on the right is never a constant 360 like it should be, once I get into fights or while on spawn island it’s around 220-300. Especially when I’m gliding out of the bus it drops a ton to like 50s to like mid 100s, do u know any fixes I can do to get it running more smooth, it sucks cause every fight I get into feels super stuttery and it’s so hard to fight
broo i have the exact same config and the exact same problem :/
you guys tweaked ur pcs way too much, you should factory reset it & do some simple windows tweaks as well as debloats.
and enable x.m.p. ofc
and have good ram 32 gb at 6000 mhz or smth
@@gallordi 64 gigs is chill at that pricepoint
is rtx 3090 still good for now?
Yes, infact in a game like Fortnite on performance mode you’ll see no difference between 3090 and 4090, this could be different at max settings but on performance mode it wouldn’t make a difference!
i have a 4090 with 7800x3d but i can barely get 5000 mhz stable so i just keep to 4800mhz and i get similliar but like a bit lower frames any suggestions on how i can get my cpu to be stable and i have enabled pbo negative -30
Is -30 pbo stable? Run OCCT to check for errors. Theres no reason your cpu can’t run at 5ghz, it has a max boost clock of 5.05ghz, try -20 for curve optimiser and +200 MHz cpu boost in bios
@@SpecBench i can get 5.0 ghz or like 4.9 i was talking abt my ram it literally cant even run 5000 stable
@@mansooralahbabi3340 ohh okay that’s strange, how old is the ram? Are you able to return the ram as unstable
@@SpecBench i just got this pc like 2 months ago i would really appreciate if i could get in contact with u to fix this
@@mansooralahbabi3340 here’s the thing man, the pc is still in warranty. I would contact the company you bought it from and tell them the ram is unstable. If your xmp/docp profile can go up to 5000 it should be okay, bear in mind though that this is a OC frequency and not all ram can run at the xmp speed.. what speed is your ram meant to be?
bro build in a video what I build in a year
😂😂😂
that frame drop to 74 :( 8:26
Just watched it 3x in 0.25 speed I can’t see a frame drop😂
watch your fps counter by your map lmao your rtss application detection level is set to "low". there is a setting to change to high. fortnites application detection level is higher so it shows those frame drops

@@SpecBenchthe Ryzen 7950x is similar to the Ryzen 7950x3d right? Or am I wrong
@@ghvcvvcccfg3834 similar , but honestly I gotta admit 7800x3d just wins for gaming
@@SpecBench yah I agree with you on that, but i have to say that I don’t really like x3d caches because they don’t have that much storage. For me the Ryzen 9 7950X is the best choice

Description
@@SpecBench ok ty
How did you get 5ghz ?
Enable precision boost overdrive in bios.
@@SpecBench what value did you set ?
@@silfrido1768 negative 30 in this video however it was unstable and caused crashes so settled with -20
@@SpecBench right now I have my 7800x3d set to -10 per core.
I also tuned my ram from 7200cl34 to 6400 CL28-36-36-30-66 @ 1.490V.
fclk 2167 / bclk 101 / LLC low.
there’s a bunch of other things I tweaked aswell but all in all I have to find values that are stable for my ram oc.
try to use ryzen master to see what are your fasted cores. set those to -15 & then the rest to -20
@@silfrido1768 thanks for the advice! I am actually using a 7800x3d now so am currently in testing stages anyway to see what’s stable!
how much was your pc itself?
The thought of it pains me😂 if you were to buy it now probably 3.4k, at the time parts were definitely more expensive so I’d say 3.6k in terms of what I’ve spent
@@SpecBench where should i buy parts
@@Skipwayy depends where you’re from. I get most my stuff from Amazon !
@@SpecBench thats cool i might get a new pc with 4090, but do you know which is better for a high budget build, intel cpu or amd cpu?
@@Skipwayy if you mainly play Fortnite which is a cpu intensive game then the 7800X3D is the best, also a rtx 4090 is extremely overpriced , depending on what games you’ll play mostly I’d recommend getting a 4070/ or 4070ti, and save yourself £1000 compared to a 4090
20% and 40% utilisation is mind blowing and still getting 600fps
I got 4060 ti and getting more fps with higher resolution 💀
