Maybe he’ll be in a flashback. And tbh, I understand why they’re skipping Simon. He canonically fought Dracula by himself & the cast of characters bouncing off each other is why the show is so popular to begin with. I’m not saying it couldn’t work, but it’d be one hell of a task.
@@arnahunas4048 When you put it that way it makes sense. Simon would probably be a pretty unlikeable character anyway. Redemption arcs take way too long especially if its the main character.

If you treat Super Castlevania 4 and fuckin Haunted Castle as continuations of his story rather than basically retreads of the first, he has a whopping four whole games where he's pretty much solo with no one to bounce off of and immediately going to deal with Dracula's BS.

As hilarious as this is can we take time to apprecaite how incredible the animation itself is.
All the subtle movements, such as Dracula at the start watching Richter come in, and then confused by the second richter coming in on the ceiling. Or his exhasperated sigh at "WHAT IS A MAN?"
