Hey guys, today we are going to take another look at Angkor Wat Temple in Cambodia. We always hear that Angkor Wat is the largest temple in the world, but the real mystery is not that it is the biggest, the real mystery is that also has the smallest carvings in the world. For example, if you look at this pillar, you see that there are carvings which completely cover the entire pillar, but you cannot understand them unless you take a closer look. Because these carvings are very tiny.
And here are carvings of various animals, but look at the details of these carvings, they are so small. For example look at this deer you can even see its eyes, and its mouth opening, this is only a millimeter long. You can see that the entire column is full of these strange little carvings. It must have been quite a task to carve such micro carvings all over this column. But are these tiny carvings found only on this one column?
I start examining the columns one by one, and it is interesting, because each and every column is covered with these micro carvings. Here you can see two birds kissing, in another column you can see a similar depiction where 2 birds are fighting each other. Again, the details are in millimeters, you can see the bird's eyes, its head plume or topknot, You can see its wings wide stretched and even its tail, and also the legs, complete with talons. All this is carved in an inch or two, and repeated with perfection to create an insane matrix on the pillar. There are columns which show apes doing various activities, there are micro carvings which show many other interesting patterns which completely fill up the entire facets of the columns. You may not believe this, but every column I look at, is covered with these carvings. This is insane because today, there are a total of 1532 columns in Angkor Wat temple, and all of them have these carvings, and there are also many columns destroyed, and lying on the ground, and they are also covered with Microcarvings. Here is another fascinating detail on the columns, even if they carved deities, they covered the rest of the column with microcarvings, they carved flowers, leaves, and they never left any space empty. Forget about building the largest temple in the world, imagine the task of carving every inch on every column of this temple.
But are these carvings found only columns? As I start getting fascinated by these microcarvings, I realize that they stretch beyond the columns, they also stretch above, on top as well, if you look at the top beam, even that has these tiny carvings. This is weird, so I start looking around at the walls. And I am shocked, look at the walls. Everything is filled with these carvings. Zoom in and you will see various types of flowers, leaves, creepers, ornamental hangings. It is crazy even to say this, but this is what I am saying: Every inch of the world's largest temple is covered with carvings. You cannot even find one inch in this entire temple that is blank, that is not carved. So imagine building a temple that stretches for 400 acres and filling every inch with tiny little carvings. This would have been a monumental task. But did they really carve every inch of it?

Now the LAST ANSWER as per your question that where that civilization gone who did this?
Answer: YOU know LIFE AND DEAD is a part of this nature and they know too that one day they will die and it’s not safe to give that ANCIENT TECHNOLOGY to anybody like the SON of past king who became BUDDHIST and try to remove his father’s-work.They NEVER GAve that TECHNOLOGY to new generation otherwise today you could never able to SAW this left carving of his father.actually they LEFT there ANCIENT TECHNOLOGY ON THE CARVING AND THE WAY THEY DESIGNED THE MONUMENT.WHY THEY DID THIS because “ THAT TECHNOLOGY HAVE A ENOUGH POWER TO “BUILD and DESTROY EVERYTHING “ means through that technology you could destroy thE WHOLE EARTH OR any PLANET.THEY KNOW IF SOMEONE WILL KNOW THIS BY HIS OWN WORK HE OR SHE WILL KNOW THE POWER OF IT AND BELIEVE ME “ ONLY THAT PERSON WILL ABLE TO KNOW EVERYTHING WHO DONT HAVE ANY DESIRE FOR HIMSELF WHO ALWAYS BELIEVE EVERYONE IS MY FAMILY.

@PraveenMohan because they were able to move and fit the huge blocks together, so that there are no gaps, perhaps they had a device which created patterns and melted them into the stones before they were set in place. We can do it with sewing machines, embroidering patterns on cloth. We have no idea, the level of technology that these ancients had access to.🤔

How the King, queen & people were feeling excited when they looked at this marvel. What was the feeling in the minds of those in charge of construction after the completion?. After all, we feel great when we complete the construction of a small house.

Dear and respected Praveen Mohan, I am greatful to you for this video. You are the one and the only explorer to pay attention to the largest temple in the world Angkor Wat also has the smallest carvings in the world! You payed our attention to the fact that there are micro carvings everywhere, even the on the base of the temple! It's fantastic. In this video you say :"Here is another fascinating detail on the columns, even if they carved deities, they covered the rest of the column with microcarvings, they carved flowers, leaves, and they never left any space empty". And you are quite right, it's awesome, I think the carvers were GODS or half gods or they used the technique of not carving on the sand stone, but making fascinating sand stone blocks with ornaments, figures, etc. This temple is an ENCYCLOPEDIA!

Namasté Praveen! I am a sculptor and carver, and I can tell you, that it is humanly possible to make this - but not for one person alone and not in one lifetime. But just like you, I am convinced as well, that the culture, technology and skill level of the ancient builders was HIGHLY advanced. And I'm also sure, they had some machines and tool, which we don't know anymore.
But nevertheless I still think a team of highly skilled sculpors can achief this, over a long period of time. What's more intrieguing to me, is how they could achief the similar and consistent look of the artwork? Because from my experiance every artist has his/her own fingerprint and even if you don't want to, carvings will look slightly different. So to me, that's the biggest mystery.
Of course this was a sacred place, and the craftsmen and artists made everything humanly possible to achief this.
But another thing is, that if you use templates, than you won't see the dinamic of these carvings and it wouldn't be as organic.
I am really intrigued and fascinated by ancient civilisations, and it's always a nice jurney to rediscover theire mysteries thanks to you!! :)

Praveen… I’m stunned. My background is in construction, as in blue collar sheet metal worker.. and I’m watching this video of Angkor wat… it is insane sir! And as my mind is trying to grasp the enormous work involved, I wonder if anyone has checked the footing on which it is built on? In other words, dig an area that will not compromise the structure and inspect the footing for carvings… that would be pure crazy! I cannot fathom that human hands did this w/o some technology that can scribe down to millimeters… I am inclined to believe that, we may never know the real purpose these masterpieces were constructed. Thank you sir! Your work is stellar.

Carvings of animals, hindu Devis & Devatas as small as an inch length with minute details including eyes, fingers, cloths & ornaments. Ahihole near Hampi was a university of sclupting. No wonder they produced master scluptors. Fascinating part is that was this skill passed on to people living thousands of miles away from Ahihole or whether the masters of Ahihole travelled thousands miles to build Angkor Wat?

When you understand that during the Golden Age of Consciousness (Satya Yuga) people understood the universe completely and had the power to manifest any desire with a mere thought then you will see that these stones were not carved, but mentally imprinted. It is very hard for us to imagine these abilities in our current understanding of the universe, but people in 5000 years from now will not rely so much on technology but on spiritual energy to accomplish tasks. I truly believe these were created by spiritual artists who used the power of thought to shape stone.

Not bothering to mention how the hell they managed to bring in the middle of the jungle, miles away from any mountain all the stone they needed, and it is stated that it took more stone than all the great pyramids combined, and where do you find or make the tools necessary to create such a masterpiece so long ago.
