This may be one of the most beautiful car-free rides in Europe. You will start in front of Eiger's legendary 'Nordwand' (Northwall), regarded as one of the most difficult climbing routes in Europe. From here you will move up through Grindelwald until you reach the car-free road. From here it is just you, the hairpins and the amazing views of the majestic Swiss mountains. To put it in former Swiss world champion Fabian Cancellara's words: ... sometimes you feel a bit like a mountaineer when you are on your bike, and you really feel that connection on the Grosse Scheidegg. Of course, it is also a beautiful place...

Adding music to the ride:
Most cyclists would agree that the ride to Col du Tourmalet is awesome. But when it comes to music opinions are very mixed. This is why we do not add music to our rides. We simply do not want to spoil your ride with music you do not like. But it is quite simple to add it yourself. Open an extra browser tab. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, CZcams, etc…) and pick the music you like and enjoy the ride... - Sport
I walked this route in reverse at the end of a 33km hike I did when I was in Switzerland last summer. Definitely one of the most memorable days of the 3 total months I had in Europe. It was so fun to see this route again while on my bike today!

That would be great. With our current 4k setup unfortunately it isn't possible. But we'll try to see if we can find a way to record the sound and publish it with the video in future videos.

Switzerland is great for cycling. So yes, search for Furka Pass, Nufenen Pass, St. Gotthard, Susten and Grimsel Pass. Enjoy :-)

I did it in 2 sessions. I am in my late 60s. However, many riders passed and no one greeted??? As riders we should say “✋ I respect you”
