Sir thank you for your video. Why does my microphone drop out sometimes. Is it due to sensitivity levels, or distance? I have EW100 G4 and i always scan at every new venue or location.
If the channel frequency is not too crowded with radio noise, then it has to be the distance. You can make it better by adding extended-range antennas like this one www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/227114-REG/Sennheiser_A1031_U_A1031U_Omnidirectional_UHF_Antenna.html
Hello sir! Can you do the video how to mute the microphone I have the problem how to muted it even I turned the mute on the microphone still have sound I don’t know how to fix it thank you
On the lavalier transmitter - scroll through the menu. There is a setting that says "MUTE OFF" - switch to to A/F on . Your mute switch should now work.
Extremely great explanatory video 📹 👏

Hello. What if you later switch ON all the wi-fi router and mobile phone signal, which it start interfering again?
You will need to increase the physical distance between the Mic receiver and the WiFi devices.
Thanks 🙏🏻🤘🏻🔥
No problem 👍
Hello, a question where can I get the antennas that you have, those do not come
Hi, I purchased them from eBay, here is an example www.ebay.com/itm/305587220145
Thanks very useful information 😊
Most welcome 😊
@TECHNOLOGYTIPS101 this mic has never failed me.....
@@SelmoMediaProduction I am glad to hear that.

That sounds like a hardware problem with the actual mute button. The mute switch needs to be replaced or the contacts cleaned.
On the lavalier transmitter - scroll through the menu. There is a setting that says "MUTE OFF" - switch to to A/F on . Your mute switch should now work.
Where do I set the gain for the mic? on the mic or on the receiver?
On the receiver, see page 6 of the manual here assets.sennheiser.com/global-downloads/file/693/EW300G3_529661_0109_US_INT.pdf
Why not use the sync function at the end
Good point, but that will not detect the existing radio traffic as good as you can find out visually and audibly yourself.
Does sensitivity affect it?I have done all this and it is still not working
Try changing the location of the base unit, as it might be in a very high traffic radio signals.
I am getting a sudden white noice when the cordless is on mute sometimes off
It could be due to a nearby radio signal transmission from some other devise with similar frequency.
adjust squelch
@@NICEntertainment Good point!!
Very much incomplete video forget to show other function too sync option not used
I'm sorry, but this was not a complete review video; it was only to show how to find the Clearist channel.
