Its too expensive.. as you can see its a old house and there's a lot of work to be done before moving in.. those tiles are out dated so, all of those would have to dig up to refurbish

The location is good. Houses in that area is way higher. That's a good price for a fixer upper in that area. Don't look at the house. Look at the area.

What vehicle you would be incline to invest in?...(6-10 seaters).I have been abroad for over 20yrs and I just wanna start investing to take care of my mother and towards retirement. ( any insight would be appreciated)
We call them 7 seaters here...lol..yes, that would be a very good investment. We can speak about the discovery bay to brown's town route or the Discovery Bay to Falmouth, from what we have seen it is a great move to use that type of vehicle. Just ensure a trust worthy person is operating the taxi and someone who will work (no lazy person).

The owner is clearly joking. House is not ready even for a much lower price. This is a fixer upper and the room are not big. The only way to properly assess size is to see it with furniture in there then youâll see it is not big at all.

I Think the price will drop to $22.000,000 but I would encourage persons to seek out other alternative before buying this house. This house is good for investment but it will take some work.
This place don't look good at all they need to fix it up before putting it on the market. Every thing needs to go in this house from tile , staircase, toilets tub etc. Two much money for this , it wouldn't worth the headache for refurbishing .

I get a feeling like the camera is close and and sharp turns.( just a constructive critique), keep up the good work both of you. St Ann is my parish and discovery bay is a very nice town for family and tourist alike.
