Lefie, you need to do a new Q&A video. I have questions. Are you currently living in California? Are you working? Do you still get up at 4am? You have a roommate?
I really enjoyed this series. As a Canadian it was fun to join you on your journey across America.
Ahaha, alright - I'll schedule it in... 🙃
@@Lefie Sweet! Looking forward to it 😉
The wink !!! Thank you for taking us along with on ur adventures. Sendin good juju ur way g.
America seems like a place with a gorgeous natural landscape but it's too bad the urban places really don't match. As an European, some of the places you drove through seem downright dystopian and out of a zombie movie. It sounds like it was an incredible trip and I enjoyed these videos a lot.
I enjoyed watching this road trip! Thank you so much!!!
I don't have driving license, I have never been in USA, I currently live in Europe, but I would like to see route 66 one day.
Finally. Here we are. The journey ends. ♡ Loved this series so much.
Yay! We got a click-wink this time!
Wow Lefie. Last year I drove from California to New York, and you put in thousands of times more thought into this trip than I did! I love how much detail you included, the stories you can share now, and the wonders you have seen. Going across the country is an amazing experience. Thank you for sharing this incredible series with us.
Thank YOU for watching, Mayer Adelberg! 🙂
Yep I'm impressed with the amazing amount of research Lefie did as well! Got me thinking as I'd like to do a road trip soon - Hmm brain is churning! 🙂
Thank you Lefie, what an amazing series. Super interesting from start to finish. I wish you well on your new adventure in California and look forward to more videos too. 😁
I love this! It feels like a friend telling you about their journey while showing you pictures and videos
Hi Lefie, I hope you read it...I was so excited to see that there are a few videos I haven't checked you uploaded lately...Enjoyed watching all of them in one go...really appreciate your journey videos too, and above all ...its always good to see you smiling, talking, and making those new expressions every time 🙂😘🤪
The Georgia O'Keeffe museum is awesome--my friend and I also went there on that same road trip. AND I HAVE ALWAYS wanted to go to Meow Wolf--which obvs wasn't there 20 years ago. Dang, I feel like I should grab her and do this again!
I loved this series. I would really like to visit some of these places at some point.
Thank you for bringing us with you! 🤍🤍🤍
Thanks for taking us on your adventure! 😎
You did the Skywalk!! I live in Arizona but haven’t been up to that center. I’m not sure I’d have the hutzpah to go on it 😬
My legs still feel shaky just thinking about it! 😫
This whole series has been great; thank you for doing this. (Loved the little dust devil at 7:46...)
I enjoy you so much! Thanks for sharing this series.
wow, that crystal wood is very special. Seems like you had a fun trip!
Thank you for Sharing! Enjoyed the series a lot!
Great video! Parts of our great country, I hadn't seen in many years!
It was so nice to follow along with this trip. Theses are my favorite videos that you have made.
That was awesome thanks for sharing your travels. Makes me want to go for a drive on route 66 I think I’m going to do it someday.
Epic! Thanks for the journey x
Fascinating! Good luck with your next endeavours 👍😉
Im going to miss these videos Lefie. Thanks for sharing 🤗
I hope to see more from you 🙂
'Til Next Time 😉
Thank you for sharing! Reminds me of my own time on the road. It's often hard to get the time and be at a place in your life to take a trip like this. When I finally did it, it felt like I finally scratched an itch I had my whole life. Hope your trip gives you similar peace and your videos inspire others to follow suit.
Lefie if you settle down now might be time foster a cat! Thanks for yet another amazing Vid, your going to have a whole lot of fun with the LA musems ..... ! Moma was mind blowing last time I was there (about 20 years ago)
So many things to see! 😺
Thank you for bringing us along :)
Thank you for sharing! What a road trip! 😁
Welcome to Southern California! For your love of neon I recommend the Museum of Neon Art in Glendale. Small but fun, plus you can take a class in neon sign-making!
I just gasped out loud - thanks so much for the recco!
Been there done that . it's beautiful
Meow Wolf is one of my favorite places. Always fun to watch other people experience it!
Wanna know what else is as gorgeous as the blue water...five videos in a week! Thanks.
😁
Wow, Lefie, you made this trip so interesting, that my bucket list suddenly has a new point… thank you for sharing, greetings from Germany, Monika❣
What a transition from a minimalist youtuber to a travel blogger!
jk! thanks for sharing
J'adore, ce sont vos ressentis. Mieux qune succession de vidéos 👌👌🥰
Merci! 😊
So glad you enjoyed Bandelier! Next time you should go to Ghost Ranch and the springs at Ojo Caliente 😁
This was an amazing series and I loved that reflection at the end. I really enjoyed it!
So, um, I saw "(1/5)" when the first vid dropped,
And decided to wait and watch the whole trip at once.
As far as Lefie projects go, I don't think this will be topped
For quite some time... probably at least a couple months. 👏 👏 👏
I don't watch many travel vlogs,
Nor do I travel much in-person,
Yet I enjoyed getting to tag along
This virtual cross-country excursion. 😊
My favorite parts were the smile Lefie painted on the car 🙂
And getting to see the reaction to the giant soda bottle. 😃
Saying "Hot Balloon Festival" and not knowing much about Cars
(The movie) were the parts I found to be the most 'awful'. 😅
[It should've been "Hot-Air Balloon Festival", and the Cars Movie
Is one I enjoyed very much growing up, so I say it's a must-see.]
Thanks, Lefie, for sharing this trip with us! I enjoyed the full journey. 😁
It somehow felt short, but putting so much footage together is not easy.
Part of me wants to go back and write comments on each section...
But I ought to get some sleep soon, so maybe another viewing session.
😁!!!!!
I once stayed at the Wigwam Village No. 2 in Cave City, KY! I feel like that was a bit of a bucket list thing. We'd seen it on some travel show and wanted to do it. And now we've done it and we're good. Your room looked nicer than the one we got. lol
Also, I felt slightly guilty making a comment before since you were at 66 comments at that time. ;)
Ahaha!
Coast to coast!
I KNEW THAT WINK WAS COMING I JUST KNEW IT
Thanks for this series - heard so much about route 66. Loved the immersive art place and the cave homes.
😉 Love from 🇧🇷
Bravo! I loved this series and look forward to seeing your ongoing adventures!
12:19 now you really do need to see Cars.
Did you remember to take the left turn at Albuquerque? LOL Sorry, old Bugs Bunny joke. Enjoying this tour of America.
I was a huge Bugs fan growing up! Had a plush doll and everything. 😊
That last diner looks a bit like the one in Pulp Fiction.
This was so fun; a treat every morning over a hard week! I'm itching to travel now, it's been so hard to get outside in general that you forget how beautiful the world is! Thanks so much for sharing your journey.
☺️
💖
Ok, so I watched your van build, and then got sucked Into all 5 of your ‘moving’ videos. (You have a big fan in WI) So do we get a t-shirt or something for accomplishing that? I’m prolly 2X. Thanks! 😁
Such a fun trip! And the wink 😉 at the end. :)
Just curious.. who did you travel with? I noticed you kept saying “we” :)
I'm watching Dune on hbomax and the product design made me think of you
Yes, I was going to say, route 66 can't really carry on beyond the boardwalk!
Wish I could go to San Bernardino --Frank Zappa
Just one thing that I miss is a map with a line where you are and what part of America you drive. As an European I don’t know what part of America you drive
Wow amazing series! Having done the trip was it as good as you hoped it would be? What would you like to cross off your bucket list next?
I’ll really miss the daily dose of Lefie
♥️
Hi, Ann! I feel like I'm still processing it all, to be honest - it was a lot in a short time, but I'm very happy I did it. Not sure what will be the next big trip; maybe I should start planning an adventure for next summer? 😆
I must say, I'm not interested in travelling to USA myself but I was really into these interesting destinations! Loved this video series, Lefie.
