Faster than the recent 150 star WIP by 101 frames thanks to better coin RNG and other small improvements.
+9f waiting on star select for RNG
-8f landing on the cave plank, by skipping the punch to collect the 4th blue
-2f on the plank, by saving 2 Y run before
+8f charging Y run by the last goomba longer
+2f waiting before the second pipe
-102f better coin RNG and movement to cave
-4f between the 3rd and 5th red
-4f between the 6th and 8th red

Wow that's a lot of time save, great work! The backflip to get the coin out of the pipe is making me crack up for some reason lol

The coin is from licking the goomba, but if you swallow something while entering a lz like that you can move during the transition. (credit to adeal for that strat) The backflip is for fun but I agree it looks pretty funny

It's possible to do that in snowman's land but really slow
