I feel guilty about eating carbs I used to eat two full bowls of cereal for breakfast and two servings of pasta for dinner and I have trouble controlling myself on carbs so I’m trying to make it easier my mom thinks I’m not getting enough carbs I don’t eat cereal anymore except once in a while I’ll measure the cereal before eating it and then top it with sliced fruits

Hello! So i rarely get on CZcams. I found your "Swapping diets with Nan", while i was surfing youtube randomly. I just wanted to say The love you show your grandmother (and the rest of your family) has inspired me to pay more attention to my own grandmother. I love her dearly. She is 82 i believe and she does SO MUCH for me and my 2 boys (6 & 1). You reminded me that i need to pause some times and pay closer attention to who I have. And the love they have for me, because none of us are guaranteed another day, or even another minute. And i am taking that for granted due to my job and my depression (hiding in my room as much as i can). Thank you for your video, and this one as well. Ivy seems like a Very intelligent young lady. May God bless your "Nan" with many more years. As well as my own grandmother, the rest of my family, and the rest of yours.
PS these swapping videos are awesome LOL i loved them. I am going to subscribe just incase you do more like this. (Youre my 2nd subscription that i will actually be following) .
