As someone who is working a full-time job while also building a CZcams channel, this was super valuable to me. Thanks for the tips Vincent!
Hey Spencer! Does it actually take 100's of hours to make one youtube video? How would you go about that while still working FT? Just does not seem feasible to me. And it's what some YT channels say, and it's very discouraging.
@@daniellelavoie2438 I'm in the process converting blog post to script, recording audio, storyboarding stock footage, and soon editing video and its definitely a time sink but CZcams content is evergreen compared to other platforms, so its worth it
@@unatazzadilongevita That's great!! Best of luck to you!
Great video! It's inspiring to see how you managed to build your company while also working a full-time job. It's a great reminder that with hard work and determination, we can achieve our goals. Thank you for sharing your story and insights!
Thank you so much for sharing these tips, Vincent!
Beyond being useful, they're also inspiring, as they prove that it is indeed possible to pursue a personal project while working full-time!
When the channel started to grow significantly, did you have to disclose it at your job?
In general, did you have to disclose at your job that you were starting individual projects on the side?
Would also be interesting a video about this eventually.
What about making time for family and friends? Itâs hard to make time for side hustles on the weekends when you got gym, family, friend, chores and cooking times on the list.
It's all about priorities....
Yup you gotta make sacrifices. Make time for it but it canât be every single weekend.
You want succsess but arnt willing to make sacrifices⊠typical
You should just not cook. You can actually buy cheap and healthy premade food from Trader Joeâs. That saves me a lot of time. Also you donât NEED to spend time with family. If you take a few months to yourself everyone will accept it unless you have kids or something
work out at home instead of having to commute to a gym, saves a lot of time
Thank you for sharing your amazing video! It's truly inspiring to see how you were able to build your successful company while also juggling a full-time job. Your dedication, perseverance, and strong work ethic are admirable and serve as a powerful reminder that with passion, focus, and hard work, we can turn our dreams into reality. Your insights and valuable advice are highly appreciated and can motivate and guide others on their own journey to success.
Great video!
One thing that really bothered me is that it was way too obvious that you were holding each piece of information for waaaay too much time with these "techniques" to maintain people watching for long. I almost closed the video a couple of times.
I feel like this video was made for me, super helpful! Thanks Vincent!
Interesting information thatâs helpful in many aspects of life. I enjoyed watching it. Thanks!
I liked the Parkinson's principle idea. I'm currently committing myself to writing one blogpost a day but I find that it sacrifices on quality. Though I like that I'm now getting used to a regular writing routine. Consistency is key. Striking a balance definitely takes some experimenting and this was a good reminder of that!
I love the cinematic and quality of your videos! Thanks for sharing
I also optimize my time juggling work and business, and some of these strategies will improve how I do it. I will try to make one change at a time. First thing to try: Exercise more
Thank you for caring enough to make this video so I can care enough to kick my self into gear â€
newtuber here - I really love your approach to b-roll and especially weaving in things like the clips from limitless. I did a double take for a moment because I thought I was still watching you in the chair đ
I just discovered your channel and I instantly loved it! Please keep going & best of luck!
Loved this video! Parkinson and pareto effect is talked about in the book â4 hour work weekâ by Tim Ferris. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much!
This was more helpful than you know!
I have ADHD too and point number 4 is so smart!! I continuously struggle with times in the day when Iâm trying to complete a big task but have no energy or motivation left.
Just curious, if you were studying for your series youâre in the financial industry. Did you get OBA (outside business authorization) to do your CZcams activities? I work in finance and I find it hard to branch out especially since we havenât report our outside activities đ
Just found you, watched a few and now.......subscribed and will be watching! Love the infoâ€
you just got a new Sub. This is the most realistic "habits" youtube channels
Trying to build a side hustle with a full time job + occasional (paid) overtime, wife working in three shifts, 3 kids and inattentive ADHD. Wish me luck, lol..
It's wild.
Great video đđŒ
Mate, what is your alarm app youâre using????
blurring out the list is smart, def gonna increase retention levels
Can you do a video on your healthy eating? What I eat in a week maybe?
Did any prescription enhancement help with you ADHD tho?

Hello đ
Are you talking about dopamine?
i feel like youre talking to me wow
Man why you have only 9k views?
I hope this doesn't lead to burnout! Remember that you're a human, not a robot
Wait, you made $500k last year?? How tf haha
that was a long ad
But where's the actual side job that you did? When I clicked on the video I thought you were going to talk about all these cool side jobs, but all of it were just "life hacks" pretty much. Sorry if this sounds like complaining, it was a good video, but I actually just thought this video was about the side jobs.
This is why i do not watch ad containing videos
Listening to the this guys voice makes me sleepy and lazy..zombie mumbles đ
Thanks for sharing these amazing tips! I especially liked the incubation formula. It sounds like a fancy way of saying âIâll do it laterâ.
So to summarize the video here is the info:
Strategies and systems in the video
*Strategy 1: 3 Key Changes to regulate Dopamine Levels: đ*
1. Healthy Food
2. Exercise daily
3.Better sleep
*Strategy 2: Brain Modesđ§ *
1. Organize your work area and try to keep phone away.
2. Quit all extra tabs and programs to avoid distractions.
3. Listening to calm music to reduce the noise.
*Strategy 3: Incubate your brain onto a task đȘ*
1. Use to-dos and calendar events to remind the brain of ongoing events to work on.
*Strategy 4: Dividing Days into segments of specific work. â*
1. Use your active high energy hours to work on more productive tasks and vice-versa.
2. Use your lazy/ inefficient hours of the day to focus on easy and low willpower tasks.
*Strategy 5: Work expands to fill up the entire time scheduled to it. â*
1. Give yourself limited and appropriate time to complete a task and use it.
2. Test your limits and try to avoid unachievable goals.
*Strategy 6: Rapid Fire.*
Some smaller changes to help overall: â
1. Pareto Principle / 80-20 principle: Work on the 20% that produces 80% of result.
2. Stop Multitasking: Focus on the single most important task.
3. Turn on Do-Not-Disturb
4. Stop trying to perfect the work, just do it.
5. Unsubscribe from all the clutter like yt channels, emails, etc.
6. Limit Social Media Time
7. Take notes
8. Develop a Routine
9. Time-block the calendar events
10. Schedule self-care time
