Before looking to replace ETH first of all give him the squad that he desires then decide whether he can do the job or not!!.
This has been the case since Moyes to Ole, none of those managers were given a squad that they wished to implement their philosophy.
When ETH took over the squad, his squad consisted of players from 5 different managers. How do you expect him to be successful in 2 seasons!!. Further out of the 14 signings he made 6 of them were either free transfers or loans. This proves the fact the manager isn't getting his desired signings.
If Arteta and Klopp were given 2 to 3 seasons to get the results, then why can't we give more time to ETH !?
