  • Fighters are some of the toughest athletes out there. They spend countless hours a day training for endurance, stamina, strength, speed, explosiveness. But their discipline and commitment are what makes them successful.
For anyone that’s fought before, or even just trained as a fighter, you know it’s not easy. It takes mental, physical, and emotional strength and endurance like no other sports do. You’re constantly pushing yourself to do better, be better, and perform better-both in and out of the gym.
If you want to be the biggest, baddest, and best fighter out there, you need to make sure your conditioning is on point. Whether you’re throwing punches, takedowns, knees, or armbars, conditioning is at the heart of fighting.
That’s why kettlebells for fighters are my #1.
I’m breaking down the attributes all fighters need to be successful and giving you the top 6 reasons why effective conditioning for fights must involve kettlebells.

Really good one . Nice protocol. No wonder Funk Robert’s is a legend in the fitness industry. I didn’t know his wife is BA to 😜😎. Nice pairing, they give good synergy together. Thanks 🙏 for the workout.

This looks just like what I need after I'm done my current workout schema. Grip and pull chain have been something I've neglected my entire life. I can't wait to get into this.

Great routine, and a nice couple. I bought my kettlebells in order to get a combined strength and metabolism workout at the same time. Could anyone tell me if it would be beneficial to do this type of routine every other day, and to do concentrated/isolated exercises (biceps, triceps, pecs, etc.) on the other days? Thanks.

Definitely loving this exercise. I’m doing BJJ and it’ll help with my grip strength.

Proper form, people, proper form! Otherwise, as Mark Wildman says, surgery is expensive...!
Angela's technique is so much better! Why isn't *she* the one giving instructions/tips?!

Funk's form is questionable also with the way he parks the kettlebell after the quarter get up....

@@coachbiggsremedy9634 Yeah, I was confused to see the hub-bub about a missed rep, which is common due to how slippery the bells are. I needed to learn a way to use my lifting gloves to deal with the slippery bell because I'm a sweater. Chalk is way too messy, it tracks all over the house and gets on my suits. After doing hard style then sports style training, you get the general parameters of form and alignment. Funk was working very heavy for his body weight.

First of all wow! Amazing work out. I'm proud of myself, I got through it with a 14 kg banger. Props to the woman in this video. WHAT A BEAST. 12KG and not a peep.
