And their music mature, not ancient. Just because you're young doesn't mean you should slur your songs with vulgar language and disrespectful topics. That's why The Lumineers are so admirable. It's the voice and the sound of the instruments. That's about as far as you can really compare M&S and The Lumineers. One's British, and the other's American. One's a bit more angsty and the other's got heart and soul in a more uplifting way. They're both amazing, both make beautiful music, but both pretty distinct from each other.

gosh the Lumineers are pure music genius! like gosh such sincerity in music is hard to find nowadays.. but i'm a fan of pop artists like Justin Bieber and One Direction too as they are great performers. They may not be the best singers but they sell. There needs to be a complement in the music industry if you know what I mean. If everyone sings like The Lumineers or everyone performs like Justin Bieber wouldn't this be a boring world.
I think it's because Bieber type of music overshadows music for other genres, artists and songs that they don't get a chance to go mainstream to be heard. Producers will go after the Bieber music first before they give a band like Lumineers a chance. Lumineers have been a band for almost 8 years and yet they really are just recently getting recognition.

I personally do not like Bieber or Minaj, but they have earned my respect because they produce music that draws and gives people hope to strive and persevere for his or her dream. I never heard Mumford & Sons when I listened to this band. Maybe The Avett Brothers or early, slower Kings of Leon songs (This song has a similar tempo to Trani). But, I feel like you can hear the Celtic/Irish in Mumford. And you can hear the Americana in this band. And the rock in KOL. Each band stands on their own for different reasons, and are amazing in their own way.
