Great video, The first $100,000 invested was amazing. But when you hit $300,000 it’s like smashing the glass ceiling! I cried.

I completely agree with you! My first 100k took a long time and wasn't that special to be honest with you. Once I hit 300K that is the game changer in my opinion. At this point my money is basically making me a pretty good yearly salary. When I go to sleep at night I know my money is making decent money with the help of my FA!

Nice. People often underestimate financial advisors' importance. Over 50 years of data reveal that those who work with advisors typically earn more than those who go it alone. I've been fortunate to work with one for 13 years, resulting in a $1 million portfolio, largely from early investments in AI and other growth stocks.

I've been considering but haven't been proactive. Can you recommend your advisor? Could really use some assistance.

"Angela Lynn Schilling" is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.!

First question as a protocol: Before we go inside do you need to use the restroom?, at the clients request they ask you not use their toilet for any solid waste ... should we make a bathroom run or go inside this private home ??? Lol ...

Will never have a lawyer represent me again every time I get screwed. Not a bankruptcy lawyer that didn't tell me anything about affirming my loan because I did not want my house on the chaoter 7.❤
That lawyer made arrangements for her to pitch in and not even have to pay rent to pay half of the utilities so she was moving out she didn't pay nothing she destroyed my house I ended up getting a condemned and everything That's what I'm getting a lawyer stuck to my guns in my original notice which was perfectly fine I went about it perfect there was no reason

I need is a lawyer when you're ready to close That's all you need You're not to get agent or what how easy is to sell a house nowadays? I have so many hours on the table but I have to get these people out of my house that I'd like to lose to they totally destroyed my property yeah I got a lot of work to do whole bunch of little stuff and a couple of big things.
I would rather get a cash offer but I can walk around I mean pack a bag and walk out of here That's what I really want but I don't want no low ballers I've been here 22 years I remodeled the entire house like new siding new room put it back on the back like a porch kind of but it's big when you put a table on chairs and stuff on it you know I just got to replace the storm doors and do some trim and painting work maybe we face the kitchen cabinets I don't know they're fine just have to get my floors buffed out and have hardwood nice hardwood floors

@TheFuzedLife thank you for describing your pain because that's how I feel like I get all tense my whole mid drift area on my stomach gets wicked with it tight it's like I feel stiff as a board and I'm stressing my muscles my back is killing me and the doctor doesn't want me to have an MRI and I'm like listen I'm not going to let nobody mess with my back without knowing you know cuz he put a coflex clamp in he took an X-ray of it.
You cannot tell if it's damaged in your bones if it's shifted a little bit or whatever from a freaking X-ray I can't believe you insulted me like that. And I kept calling back and I keep calling back and listen I need an MRI well you know your insurance won't cover unless you're a therapy I said I already did therapy I already went through this and I didn't get anywhere it's been but 8 years I've had this in me and now I'm looking at studies and a lot of people are getting them out like at 5 years just causing damage cuz I have the gender bone and I have the defense spine double trouble I got I was on a motorcycle in 2000 I hit a car this woman pulled right out in front of me 30 mph and went right downside to work hard and then Island in the middle of the road and I broke my back. I didn't feel a damn thing and my ex said trying to go in the hospital they thought I did cuz they had to put a screw in there just to connect my back you know the spine back together I guess and I had to have us morning is it s1 and two I don't know s and 5 I don't know I forgot the bottom very bottom the other tear my stomach and my intestines and everything I don't know why that was Mayor and then I even have like Domino muscles that was for a fusion and then I had three and four done so I guess I have to get two done on the top so he put the co-plex he said it would be softer on my back you know so that I wouldn't be popping more discs but don't they pop on the way down not the way up? I guess it could be the way it's really hard and a lot of pressure I could snap something on top two I guess but now my neck starting to hurt my hips out alignment now because I've been walking different now I got to get the rotary thing on my hip fits like it's just unbelievable everything that's happened The f*** I just put this in

Well my tenant that lives in my home plus the toilet it was overflowing and he just stood there and let it flood my house like it flooded the first floor into the bedrooms it poured down into my basement bathroom and I can't put a claim in now they're saying I can't put a claim in because I have someone here plunging it with me. I called the police that day because he was high on something. They took him and they took him to the hospital and I've got a copy of the incident but I can't get into it they have some cold and everything having a hard time opening the app and going ready to go it's confusing. But anyway I got a picture of the toilet paper to the Tiffany top and the insurance won't let me file anything plus my washer overflow down in the basement and I have blood down there but there was somebody in a room right next to him and this guy they're both extremely filthy okay they didn't even mop it up in their rooms so it's not horribly and that guy left and he left all his stuff there doing his mouth s*** everywhere on top of a stentium piss cuz it was black water what he what he let overthrow and his white mold everywhere and I can't even bring myself to go in the room it smells so bad. And I told the guy that overflowed toilet it couldn't shut the damn water bill off that he's responsible he should clean up that room but he's not doing anything he even shorted me on the rent this week I'm like this is ridiculous I'm so mad that they're not going to let me claim anything because that the kid that helped me didn't have a license it wasn't a license plumber or anything I think everybody in the house actually took a shot at trying to plunge it out lol. Then they sent me a note saying that I didn't want to proceed with the claim that wasn't it at all they're the ones that refused me to claim so I want to write them back and tell him that and they got to show me you know some proof for their reason of closing the claim.
Anywhere yeah I'm really struggling with the deed title thing too because I had a chapter 7 and I'm off the note apparently I do have title insurance I don't know if that means I'm off the title but I'm still living in the house and I've been paying it and I've been paying it right through the whole bankruptcy because I didn't want it on there My word didn't tell me about affirming it but anyway almost 8 years later I just found out I haven't had any report reports to the credit companies that I've been paying mortgage for 7 years because of the chapter 7. I asked my service or can you please update and put put in there how I've been paying because it has a calendar there and it's it's checked off that I last time I paid was 2016 the rest of it is empty meaning I haven't paid so that's negative information that they have on there about me as a result of a bankruptcy that's already been posted that there's a bankruptcy. So that negative reporting is by the servicer say discharge through a bankruptcy and you know showing the empty years. So anyway I called transunion and they said well if Wells Fargo want to update it then you can send us you know hard copies and proof that you paid it so 7 years of paperwork I printed out all the payments set them to transunion and you know what they did they just took everything off they took Wells Fargo right off my credit but x Edward Equifax and Experian won't. So I still have like that's faulty information they're providing in other words right? And is that worse for my credit that they just took it off ?
I asked this because I'm thinking, now no one sees that I've been paying a mortgage since 2005 until 2020?
I've been fighting with both Equifax experience trying to dispute dispute dispute but they're not doing anything they keep refusing me and I don't know why. So Wells Fargo just sent me a whole record of all my pain payments and everything since that date so I can always send make copies of this and send it to both Equifax and Experian but it doesn't matter because they still go by their word and they're like saying no they couldn't put it down I don't get it why they're not taking it off. Something else 😲
Okay in the chapter 7 it was a homestead bankruptcy and so they put down my houses worth 144 and then they put down that the amount I can exempt is $58,000. Does that mean that the $58,000 is a tax resumption? Does that mean that the $58,000 is mine and and the rest of whatever the house is worth is theirs? Does that mean that $58,000 comes off the top of the value of the house every year before they determine the property taxes? I'm confused. Also we always say the homestead I always saves you a lot on taxes well how how's that? It's just sitting there I bought 500 worth then I found out that mass already covers 250 worth. It's just all sitting there on a piece of paper how's it saving me anything other than creditors can't touch what's left it's going to save me like if they foreclose what is it going to save me $58,000 at the house is worth $300,000? Yes some questions thank you so much for in advance
