Here in Michigan, we have the best Shanghai restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Chef Jeff (Jeff's Kitchen) makes nearly all the dishes you show cased. It is so special you must call ahead and let him know you are coming and what you want...His lightly fried juicy buns and soup dumples are amazing
