Hello, just for your info, to sound more suited to the real local language, you can use Aku(informal) instead of Saya (formal, respect for older people and usually used between male and female who have love interest). And instead saying mahu(which people rarely use - usually only in songs), you can say nak(everyone use this) shortform of the word hendak(very old word). For the word di is acceptable but people also used kat(short from of dekat which mean near/at). So the phrase could be Aku nak makan nasi lemak macam ni kat Jepun. The phrase you're using is very formal, but if u want to sound like local use the suggested word hahahaha. Have a nice day.

Betul betul betul. As a student I always buy the nasi lemak that they sell at the cafe near my dorm block because nasi banyak, sambal banyak sometimes pedas gila, telur and kalau nasib will get kacang. But I don't care if don't have kacang also cause the amount of rice will keep me full for a day and it's just RM2. I lived off my life at there with the nasi lemak.

But if you guys eat Nasi Lemak at the East coast state like Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang (referring to Kuantan down to Rompin). Most Nasi Lemak here are served with fish or squid rather than chicken. It is rare to see Nasi Lemak served with spinach. Sometimes no cucumber too.

Ok aku dah try nasi lemak gula hangus tu tadi. Harga nasi lemak biasa RM3.30 (means xde lauk, 1/2 boiled egg)....sambal dia yes, ada rasa burn sbb gula hangus, tp dia x pedas n manis (aku x makan pedas, so sedap la bg aku)...tapi nasi aku dpt td, bukan setakat berderai...tak masak bhai. Leh rasa beras dia. Tp masih rasa santan. Rate aku...2.5/5 ja. Sorry. Nasi tu failed teruk sbb mmg xleh makan nasi tu.
