0ld car is easy if you use spray in appropriate parts of car, and it havent so many parts as bike (fuck it hell machine, no matter how carefully I wash it, at the end I have 3 parts which I just dont see and after it I lose)

Water challenge Van was easy for me, passed it first try was struggling on the time one but was able to pass the water one with ease, had used 13 liters with 2 liters left to spare

Timed was too difficult for me because my hands got tired fast so I finished all the vehicles through water mode. Had the controller/cursor sensitivity tuned almost all the way up. This was on the playstation. Worked mostly with the green nozzle on short extension and occasionally switched to yellow for tougher spots and turbo nozzle for extra tricky ones. Always use controlled, measured bursts and be mindful of your angle and distance of approach. E.g. if you are cleaning a wheel, you want to position yourself at least 45 degrees on its left and right so you can get the side + front/back and vehicle body in one swipe. I thought the water challenges would take me a day but I finished Gold Standard within a few hours with this technique.

First, while I definitely thought about how timed adds more pressure to the challenges than water amount, I never considered how it could impact someone physically as it did with your hands. Also, I agree with the specifics you gave regarding techniques--your tips should be pretty universal. Thank you for the comment, and congrats on the Gold Standard.
Just did it on the PS4/5 release and the one that i did was Back garden time Van water Golf cart time Golf cart water Dirt bike water Been very paranoid on the Bike and just kept tapping and made sure what i was looking at said Mold/Grime etc. Can definitely say Golf cart is the easiest and got them all first try with patience except garden on my second try
Congrats, extrashifty! I just finished the Croft DLC this weekend and then for fun I tried the dirt bike timed mission--failed miserably 3 times and shut it down. Good times, good times.
I like collecting plat trophies and i also really enjoy this game, I started to try and get the challenge trophies outta the way half thru the game and I've only gotten 2, van and motorcycle water. I literally can't complete any other one and I'm at the point of dropping this game completely it pisses me off so much

@@TheRealMenace716 If you are still going for this challenge, I can make videos of the golf cart and dirt bike time challenges that should easily get you gold medals putting you up to 4 gold. After that, I think you'll be able to pick up a 5th gold without much problem. Just let me know if you are still working on it and if a video might help.

i cleaned : van bike golf cart mortorbike and sidecar vintage car all water challenge AND first try for all of them not to brag tips : i used the green nozzle the most , for the vintage car use the highlighter and use the red nozzle for the most part with the metal cleaner and lastly the major tip dont clean thoroughly
I got the van water challenge and the golf cart water challenge. That's it. I simply can not get the dirt bike either on water or timed, tried the motor bike and side car, same thing and tried both the bungalow on timed and water as well as the backyard garden. Plus the game crashed frequently. I am so frustrated! I only need the last 3 gold challenges for the platinum. Thinking I might not get it. Sad face.
Adikeo, first... CONGRATS on getting two of these challenges! I don't know that any of these challenges are easy for anyone, and they certainly weren't for me. You are doing the absolute right thing by taking a break from trying. I swore (in many ways and many times) I would never go back and try these again, and hours, days, weeks later, I'd try again. To say I spent months on them would not be hyperbole. Some of the vehicle challenges took me dozens and dozens of hours over many months to work out. Luck definitely has a small part to play, and the more frustrated I got the worse I did. I know you can do this, you've already got two and that's proof to me you will get three more at some point.

@@Adikeo Wow, that was fast...and awesome! And yes if the challenge offers a cleaning solution, I would recommend using it all (short bursts seemed to work best for me on tough dirt, rust, etc.). If it's the backyard challenge with the ponds/fountains, those are where I used them mostly. On the house (bungalo I believe) it should be doable without them, but they'd probably help on the roof maybe. Congrats and good luck with #4!

I did both the bungalow and the garden in time, both of the van challenges and the golf cart time challenge

Every once in a while I try the timed van challenge and never seem to get it--glad I already got the achievement.

This achievement is actually impossible I only could complete the golf cart timed one and failed and everyone I tried
