    Currently, the Flip 4 can be found everywhere around $700, and everyone knows the advantages of the Flip 4 over this Oppo Find N2 Flip.
    The only real advantages of the Oppo are supposed to be the fact that there is no visible crease (which is not true) and its much larger outer screen, but which in the end is not really very functional and loses a lot of its interest when you realize that interactions with applications are very limited and that you cannot respond to your notifications directly from the external screen, WHY?!!!
    This external screen is 2 - 3 times larger than that of 99% of smartwatches, which nevertheless offer the possibility of responding to notifications with a keyboard.
    Frankly Oppo WHY ?!
    Ps: it's true that at the software level it's not great, but on the other hand it's clearly the best hardware integration for an external Flip screen, and I think that even the Folds should have this kind of screen on the back for better selfies, but especially for vloggers.

    The only things I can agree with here are;
    Bigger screen and smarter cover screen
    Less intrusive crease
    Faster charging and
    Bigger screen.
    The hinge isn't better, the design on Samsung is to protect the delicate screen in case you close it with dust or something on the screen.
    The battery life is too close to call it an advantage as it has 30min more screen on time.
    Similar performance can't be an advantage for one and a disadvantage for the other.
    The camera is not better day or night. Samsung had the better photos. In the night shots on the oppo there was much more noise in the sky and looked more processed.
    Finally, what about durability? From what I heard about build quality in the video it sounds like the Oppo doesn't have the best build quality and could be concerning given that it's a flip phone and how sensitive they are.

      Can't agree with the reasoning of your first point and 4th one.
      1)That gap between the screen does exactly nothing to protect the screen from dust particles in case of Samsung. Rather it makes it more prone to that. In case of Oppo, there too is a slight raise on the all the sides in form of Rubber, which gives a bit more space for the dust from scratching the display which isn't present on Samsung. So, overall from real life perspective, the oppo one's hinge design is better. Samsung's hinge is superior in the folding aspect as it can hold a lot more extreme angles than OPPO.
      2) Samsung only had better HDR in the selfies nothing else. The night shots were more accurate on OPPO. The noise you are speaking about is actually the clouds, which you can understand if you zoom in a bit and look carefully(the trees one), it was also able to capture a star(it wasn't lens flare). Only the shot taken from the UW(starbucks one) of oppo had noise. The Samsung overprocessed the shots and turned every single one blue, even the ones which weren't supposed to be blue. The noise reduction has been consistent in Samsung, that's something we can agree upon.

    • @matlhari
      @matlhari Před rokem +1

      @@dragonforcegaming7555 W.r.t the hinge, I'm talking about along the crease. I actually just remembered what the other reason for the gap is, less bend on the crease which theoretically should make it more durable.
      As for the camera, I hear what you are saying about the clouds however, in order to show detail in the clouds and overall better dynamic range the Oppo had to make sacrifices, one of which is the noise. Remember a brighter photo isn't exactly a better night photo. But I'll watch the video again to confirm.

    • @dragonforcegaming7555
      @dragonforcegaming7555 Před rokem

      @@matlhari That crease part is the weakest point of the flip. If you keep using the phone as your daily driver a bit roughly(like we use our regular slab phones) then the screen starts having micro cracks exactly near the crease. The durability aspect of UTG is already less so compared that with that kind of hinge design makes it even more weaker. The only advantage that hinge design gives is that the phone can hold itself to more extreme angles without shutting close or flopping down(like in case of Oppo)
      yeah Oppo has a few compromises. But oppo is cheaper than flip 4. So those compromises stings a bit less. Also, I did say Samsung has consistent Noise reduction, so thats a good thing.
