The Hinge on this Oppo is pretty flimsy, if you watch the other videos you'll see how the flip is not even close to being as sturdy as the Samsung Flip. But the crease does look better than in the Samsung tho

oppo makes second gen flip and its already almost perfect flip phone. i just wish it as a tad bit wider for more comfortable typing. while samsung is on its 4th gen and still couldnt fix the crease and fold flat. ip rating and multi angle flip comes later.
I like it better than the galaxy flip! I have everything with iOS, so it’s hard to change from Apple. I hope Apple comes out with something like this soon!

A person would have to be a real Samsung fanboy to choose the Z Flip 4 over this. This is the 1st flip phone I'd really consider getting. IP water proofing overrated. Wireless charging is unnecessary when there is magnetic charging. Excellent battery life, the almost unnoticeable crease and the useful outer display makes this phone the best foldable.
If I had a Flip 4 I wouldn't care about a crease showing. I was at the San Francisco launch of the First Z Fold in 2019. Samsung did well. So many nice attributes about the Flip series. I have a slab Pixel 7 Pro. I like it as well.

But these current screen folding phones aren't durable enough as these folding phones are known for crease cracking after folding and unfolding several times then suffer from black lines and cracked screens. What I really really want so badly. Is just bring back the old style flip phones we use to have that are strong and durable and can be thrown around like a brick. But what I want is a true android flip phone that looks like the old flip phones from back in the day. Put in a high end rear camera, with a touch screen for the flip phone to be able to use apps that need a touch screen. Flip phone that has full android os to be able to install all android apps with minimum 128gb memory 6gb ram. Large enough battery to last an entire heavy use day. Be build ragged to be able to be thrown around and have a rubbery feel like sonim xp3 flip phones. And be priced for around $300-400 Canadian dollar. This is the type of phone I really really want, but no one builds these. We only have either smartphones or a dumb flip phone, or flip phone with crappy Kai OS with crappy cameras. Let's bring back normal flip phones like the good ol' days, but build them with full android OS with full android support, high end cameras and touch screen with the normal keypad bottom of the phone like a regular flip phone.

Why would you want to fold a 6.8 inch display if it's 100% comfortable usable unfolded?
