True love is in the eyes of a stranger who gives you a genuine smile whilst helping you grabbing the contents of your ripped shopping bag (maybe the same thing did happen to him a week ago and no one did help him).
True love is in the smile of that old lady on the side walk if you say her a good morning and give her a simple truthful compliment (maybe she is alone and didn't hear a nice word for days).
In both cases you have experienced true love, in the first case accepting it, in the second case giving it.
Love is not in big glitter and glamour at weddings and not in false "i love you"s in bed rooms.
But it is in simple acts of kindness.
True love has so many faces, the thing is we fail to see it if we only look at our own misery.

I always have to watch your creations over and over. To fully absorb the magic. This pulled on all of my weak heartstrings. The poem itself, is profound. “maybe we once visited the same dream” 😭 “let’s pretend that you aren’t scared to show your emotions” - these lines hit me the hardest. ♥️ In various ways, almost unexplainable. Your videography and perfect compilation of scenes brought this to full life. Wow, incredibly beautiful, extremely meaningful, heartfelt and overall powerful. Excellent work!! 🔥♥️🌹

I learned to value the little things in life. A few months ago a womam around my age crossed paths with me on a sidewalk and she smiled beautifully at me out of nowhere, it made my whole day, if not week. Sometimes even a stranger can show you what love and happiness can feel like. Thank you for giving me a memory to hold on to. May all of you have such a wonderful experience as well!

It's not a myth. Love is real. But that doesn't mean that things always work out..
It's not a myth, it's a valuation. When you "find" it, you'll probably have to conclude you've been looking for it in the wrong places and people. Also you'll probably have to conclude it was always there, atleast i hope so. I'll give you a hint: it's like not being able to find your glasses, because you're wearing them ;)

I used to feel liberation in words, my words as well as others. Anymore... no matter how concise or thoughtful words just feel like constricting cages.
you might like a song by Low called Words that has as its refrain "too many words, too many words". i like to listen to it sometimes when the occasion warrants such a lament. Great song, although i try not to listen too often.

I think I was expecting some comfort here and yet I am left feeling more alone than I was before. Im not sure why, but pretending hurts even more than accepting the truth. And it's scary, how there is no certain answer if you or I will ever find love...

"True love" is not a person, not a relation, not a connection between people. "True love" is the thoughts and deeds of benevolence from a person to another, usually conscious and intentional. One person is the sender, the other one being the receiver of this healing energy. Observe that the receiver can be the one sending, too: you can love yourself without being selfish and arrogant towards others. It's called self-care, self-appreciation and self-esteem.
So you can understand every connection, every relation CAN contain true love, or it doesn't. It all depends on yourself, what you choose to send. The goal in relationships is to find a person, capable and willing of both receiving and sending true love, as you already are. That's when you've found the relation we erroneously call "true love", but is actually an "attachment" or a "bond" containing free floating true love. That's the difference. Relations CONTAIN love, if you choose to.
You can be a deliverer of "true love" all around you, if you want to. You don't need to bond with everyone, though, if you now understand the difference. It's completely up to you what you want to deliver. If you are a bitter person, or feeling sorry for yourself, you'll probably don't have received enough love to give. That's when you need to learn to love yourself to begin with, otherwise you may be a deliverer of bitterness or hate instead, and it may be difficult for you to receive love, too. You need to understand the worth of the unique and wonderful person you are born to be, like all other people around you. We all are unique and wonderful! We all deserve love, that's what our parents should have taught us from the beginning.
So now read this message from the start again, until you get it! It's the only way to make this world a better one, and make our lives to thrive!

Accepting yourself as who you are is the most difficult process after being rejected and detested by the people you love; perhaps by the person you love. It tags along with anxiety, depression, not feeling enough, never feeling enough no mattter how hard you try to be the best version of yourself. It is the hardest fight, the most difficult battle, you feel empty, claustrophobic in out open, blind in the brightest room and deaf to the shrillest frequency. Its difficult and the struggles of doubting yourself is soo underestimated its almost impossible to live with it. So suicide and thoughts of cutting yourself tag along. It won't cure until someone accepts us? Until they tell us we are enough, we are wanted and we are feared being lost forever. We matter. It hurts right nows and so much its almost unbearable. The physiological wound is deep, deeper than the depth of humane understanding. I hope we all heal, we all are accepted as who we are and most importantly loved.

I was traveling on a flight from the states to Japan to visit relatives and the girl I sat next to in the flight fits this so perfectly.
