Just seen these online for $15. Attempting to build my own PC on a budget, these look "ok", well better than the stock fan at least... in case I decide to overclock a little. It has great reviews of others overclocking quite a bit (4.5ghz) an still staying cool.

It worked for me, it also kept everything cool with a slight overclock
